every year this place has gone downhill the past two summers they decide to completely redo their pools. we have had our water heater explode leaving our floor sunk in. the roof has cracks in it, the windows have gaps. stains in the roof from leaks. you pay for parking that is not assigned and the road is filled with potholes that will cause damage to your car. roaches and ants are also very welcome in all the units. the "valet" trash service is an absolute joke. do not let the nice pictures they post fool you.

We have lived here for 3 years and have had constant issues! When we moved in all the outlets were loose, then our water heater exploded and flooded our whole apartment and flooded our neighbors below us their whole ceiling fell in on them. After that our carpet smelled so bad we had to fight maintenance to replace our carpet. We had to go into the office and have a meeting to get them to do it. Constant issues with electrical! so much so that it broke our TV. we went and bought a new TV not knowing that the electrical popped it. We hooked up our brand new VIZIO and 5 minutes later it popped that one too! We had maintenance come and they found the issue within the outlet. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place, they will fix what they can in the moment, sometimes you will have to wait if they don't have the part they need. There are bats and roaches in these buildings!! Pest control does not come out and spray even though you pay for it. They will ONLY come out if you request it and they will come and spray quickly. We had pest control come out all the time, they would come, spray and we would have roaches that night in our laundry room. DISGUSTING!!! Our grass is completely dead because they refuse to fix our sprinklers! I have put countless work orders in for them to fix the sprinklers, but they haven't. You also pay for garden/lawn maintenance, but they don't come around often. They don't even mow our grass because it's so dead it doesn't grow. They will raise your rent every year and make demands on what you can have outside your door. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Only care about exterior, interior is falling apart, staff is beyond awful and lack true compassion, rent is way too high, several people receive $1000+ in charges when they leave here

These apartments are not taken care or at all. Everything is outdated with appliances that look like that come from the 80s. Everything is cheap and breaks easily in the apartment, they don’t fix anything and refuse to replace items. So many bugs even though they charge for pest control.

I stayed here between 2013 and 2016 and have documented evidence of it, including photos and videos. I had many maintenance issues including AC problems that were never resolved, broken leaky fridge appliances, and clogged dryer vents that took months to clean. We also had rats in our wall which came out through a hole they chewed in our wall.

Hands-down the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The price you're paying for rent is ridiculous and way above the quality of the apartments. The buildings are old and honestly disgusting, you could tell they didn't clean at all before we moved in and our carpet was matted down and dirty. The management is awful and they never respond to maintenance requests, it took us months to get the new appliances in that we were paying extra for and should have been installed for when we moved in. Would never EVER recommend living here.

While the offerings may seem decent at first, things go downhill quickly. The buildings are old and not kept up with. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the dishwasher is older than I am- leaving rust all over dinnerware. Walls are extremely thin and units are not isolated well enough from other units, you WILL have an apartment that smells like smoke if anyone in the building smokes indoors. The AC units are old and management refuses to replace old and malfunctioning units. I have not been able to keep my apartment at less than 82 degrees. 10 months of continuous work orders later I send a complaint to management before going on a vacation. I received a reply that the issue would be looked at. A week later, I come back to none of my issues having been addressed and a 93 degree apartment. Management does not reply to your communications nor care about your experience here. Front office staff can't do math properly to determine your rent/deposits/move in due so if you do decide to brave the waters here, check their math on the lease. Maintenance staff is generally very nice and helpful but have are restricted by management in what they can do. I've been told by a few of the maintenance workers that management simply wont approve replacements of any appliances or equipment until it completely fails, leaving them no choice but to attempt to rig everything to try and make something work a little longer for you. I'm typically one who thinks that most negative reviews are rare and that my experience will be different, but not in this case. I've been counting down the days until I leave for months now. Look elsewhere for better units and service, even if it costs more. This is not worth the hassle.
I have a two bedroom two bath apartment near the doggy park and must say it truly is a blessing to be here, it is not loud, every one from the employees, management and other people renting here have been so kind and helpful at every turn. Other than perhaps an evening out of the road by the 2nd pool I would say this is a truly charming area. I cannot say enough about my experience here thus far, now I've only been here a couple of months but I would definitely renew my lease.

I have been living here for about two months now. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. They finished the renovation on the apartment I wanted early, upon my request to move in early. I also had one maintenance request which was fulfilled very quickly and once again the leasing office staff did an excellent job. Very happy with my choice, I would definitely recommend this community.

I have been a resident for a very brief time, but I am so very happy. My apartment overlooks the golf course and I love the vaulted ceilings. The community is always quiet, neighbors are cordial and the community is spotless; no trash, dog droppings or the like.

Old buildings with lots of issues - paper thin walls, old AC units, old carpet , dishwashers that don't work just make noise. Your a lot better off contacting a realtor and finding a condo to rent somewhere else. Management is worthless don't even bother all they want is to sign the contract. Manager migliore response is pay the rent or pay the escape fee and leave (2 months rent and 60 days notice so they get you for 4 months just to get out)for any problems. No help and certainly no empathy once you signed the contract . Maintenance staff tries hard but cannot actually fix the place because of money And age constraints. If you like living in a place where you can smell your neighbors cooking and or smoking constantly this is the place for you. God Help U if you get a neighbor that smokes weed all d

I have lived here for three years. The complex has seen a facelift, it's affordable and the the amenatesamenities range from two pools, a fitness center and tennis court. We are close to shopping, restaurants and colleges.
A stones throw from the sandy beaches of floridas space coast and nestled in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Melbourne's busy life carribean isle is oddly an oasis of calm. Set beside a lush golf course it offers two pools, one with hot tub, an on site laundry, fitness center, tennis courts and a dog park for fido. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the on site maintenance team are great. Carribean isle truly is a one in a million find.
