Snug between the grassy plains and mountain peaks, Fort Collins is a treat for the eyes. It’s also home to Colorado State University, a top-ranking school known for academic excellence. Like many college towns, Fort Collins provides a variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment in its downtown district, but the pull of the beautiful landscape might draw you outdoors most often. The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.

Property Ratings at Caribou Apartments
I lived here for 5 years and liked it! The apartments were nice for what you pay for, great location, nice front office staff as well as maintenance crew. The grounds are well maintained. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment the maintenance crew was always quick to fix it even during the pandemic. Right by a trail which is great for walks! The apartments are also in a good area for schools. The only thing I didn’t care much for were the thin walls - I had obnoxious upstair neighbors but that’s on them not the apartment complex. Also the windows don’t drown out much sound so if you’re facing a busy road prepare to hear cars constantly. Overall it’s a wonderful place to live. Would definitely recommend!
