Property Ratings at Carlisle at Summerlin
Ashley, the community manager, is a serial liar. I was recently contacted by Office of the District Attorney for Clark County after filing a civil suit against the management company. The company is apparently under criminal investigation.
Carlisle is a great place....the condos are nice, the grounds are nice, the issue is the HOA. Actually, it really isn't the HOA as much as just the new person in charge...Elizabeth. Prior to Elizabeth running the show we had a great person. So...let me start by saying I'm not a trouble maker, pay my rent always before it is due, and have never had any issues over the past 40 yrs renting at several different locations. I was so very happy about moving to Vegas, moving into my Condo, and beginning a new chapter in my life. It could be that I don't understand what the manager and/or director of the HOA is responsible for....but I highly doubt it as I do have own a residence in a very upscale community on the east coast. My job has taken me to many different locations, many different chapters...and now Vegas. One would think that the HOA director/manager would have excellent customer service skills....Elizabeth does not; have excellent verbal & written communication skills...Elizabeth does not; have a level of professionalism that property owner would want to represent them...Elizabeth is the worst...I would be horrified to know she was in charge of my HOA on the east coast; additionally out of the 200 homes...I have visited close to 100 and chatted with the people....there seems to be a negative attitude towards the property and the attitude is growing from this lady being in charge. Elizabeth is one of those people who is power hungry, she wants to be a ruler, and she believes she is a ruler. What she seems to forget....without us renters..she wouldn't have a job. RENTERS - BUYERS BEWARE!!! AS LONG AS THIS LADY IS INVOLVED WITH THE HOA YOU WILL HATE LIVING AT CARLISLE

If this involves maintenance issues to your home, typically those are reported directly to the owner. If this is another matter, perhaps the owner of your unit can convey any concerns you have to the HOA. Upon entering the complex, I searched in vain for the management office. after 10-minutes and a dozen phone calls, a woman named Marina answered and said she would be right out. While waiting, I received a phone call and Marina approached. I signaled "1-moment" to her when she barked something unintelligible to me and stormed off. Within the blink of an eye she was gone and a maintenance man pointed me to the management office around the corner from the main gate. Marina was nowhere to be found and another gentleman informed me she won't be back for an hour. Yep, just that fast. The complex may be amazing, but I'll never find out. With management this rude, and people who never answer the phone, I'm not sure why anyone would want to live here. What happens when there's a serious issue that needs to be addressed? Good luck with that!

Although located in Las Vegas, its very peaceful here at Carlisle. The beautiful Red Rock canyon located behind us and a perfect view of the strip. The landscape is beautiful and with trees all around you it doesn't feel like your in the fast paced city. The pool is like a tropical oasis in the desert.
