PRIVATE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM AVAILABLE Boutique Student Housing with Quality Finishes in Newly Renovated Units Medical Student Base- Residents are Students at Temple Medical School, Pharmacy School, or Dental School Temple Hospital Location- Directly Behind the Lewis Katz School of Medicine Access to Major Highways- Direct Access to Route 1 as well as I-95, I-676 and I-76 Access to Public Transportation Minutes from the Broad Street Train Line Carlisle Court is conveniently located right behind Temple University Medical Center- making us the CLOSEST student housing to campus. We are solely focused on providing affordable housing for students. Each room is renovated and fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, drawers, and also includes a full, private bathroom with standing shower. The kitchen, living room, and backyard space will be shared with 1, 2 or 3 other residents depending on the unit. The kitchen and living room spaces are all fully furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, kitchen utensils/tools/equipment, and all basements have a full sized washer and dryer. The street the properties are located on (N Carlisle St) has 24/7 security guards provided by Temple University. Security Cameras are provided as well. Rent will be $800/month for 12 month lease or $850 for 6 month lease. Rent includes wifi and water, but PECO (Electricity) is separately paid by the tenant and split with their roommates. Security deposit of $500 will be required at lease signing. We can also accommodate units for students who have specific roommates in mind and would like to live with them. We want to prioritize Temple Med students and are actively working to deliver a safe and pleasant living environment so they can focus on becoming the great leaders of tomorrow!

Property Ratings at Carlisle Court Medical Student Housing
The homes are renovated and really spacious. Having a backyard and a basement was really convenient. The place also comes with in-unit laundry and is already furnished which is great. The property manager was always very responsive and efficient with regards to maintenance issues. The location is also ideal as a Temple student because it is walking distance to the hospital, school, and Erie station. Safety is also well-addressed by property manager, but can always be improved.

I loved staying at Carlisle Court! Ever since they have switched owners, everything has been running very smooth. The apartments are brand new, pretty spacious and I loved that they came fully furnished with a private bathroom. My roommates were all med students which was really nice and the location was incredibly convenient. I recommend this place to any Med student who is looking for an affordable and convenient spot. I didn’t have to buy anything besides small personal items because it’s literally furnished with everything. Also- shout out to Janki the property manager. She is super responsive and nice.

Its fully furnished, bang for the buck, and really close to Temple Med School. Roommates and neighbors are all Med students so it’s nice too. Its also great to have a private bathroom that’s pretty newly renovated.
