Property Ratings at Carlton Arms Of Magnolia Valley
The staff are super helpful and friendly, the management very responsive and the maintenance team is excellent (available 24/7 and responds same day or next day at the latest) This gated community is safe, well maintained with beautiful landscaping, the pools are clean and the gym is quite good. I have been here about 9 months now and I love this place
Living in this apartment complex for the past 20 years has been a true pleasure. The staff is always friendly and responsive, the facilities are well-maintained, and the community atmosphere is second to none. I have always felt safe and secure. I can honestly say that I feel proud to call this place my home.
This is my third year living here and I have had no regrets. It's a beautiful place with all the trees and the lake. It's super quiet and everyone is friendly. I love going to the pool which is always clean. The maintenance staff is always there to help, usually the same day. The security guys at the front gate are top notch. The office staff will answer your questions. All in all, it's a great place to come home to.
There is no word or words that can describe the assistance , the charm, the courteous dedication that the staff at Carlton arms has and continues to give me a prospective resident . I am all the way in NY and am about to relocate to Fl which by the way my family is currently residing in Carlton and I have called not once but multiple times and Cole my leasing liaison hAs been a lifesaver and went above and beyond to help ease my anxieties and help me see what is feasible with My situation . Countless questions on my end he has given me his undivided attention and always is nothing but wonderful. He has been an assest for me and my my family and has provided pictures, maps , estimates and explains the steps of the process itself and what best fits my needs As an individual. I spoke to his boss yesterday , Maria and she too was a complete delight to speak with and I must say I cannot wait to relocate there and am on the list as we speak to get in , no wonder there is a Waiting list , this place is the cream of the crop and I sit here in ny waiting for the day I get the call that I can move in and be as happy as my family is there and meet the people who I speak to and have treated me like family . The interpersonal communication and superior customer service I received has me excited to move to a place that treats you like family . Carlton arms I’m waiting I can’t wait to belong to this country club family . I fell in love with it in person when I visited and I have been given utmost top notch help to apply and learn all about the wonderful community I cannot wait to be a part of it .Cole , a million thank you’s are not enough to show you my gratitude and Maria thank you for taking the time to speak to me as I know you are super busy in your role of management . You were sweet as pie and I hope to meet you both soon fingers crossed
I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I honestly can't find another place for such a great price, square footage and floor plan options. I lived in their largest 2/2 and it was great. I decided to move into the townhome and it has been great. I love the space and maintenance always responds within 24 hours. They have long office hours and the ladies in the front office are super helpful and always friendly and respectful. I need to move again because my daughter had hip surgery and can no longer do the stairs. I have done an extensive search into other apartments in Pasco and Pinellas and NO PLACE comes close the price and square footage you get here, along with the tranquil community. Grounds are always kept up. The only downside is that the appliances are dated or are low budget new and the cabinets are grossly outdated (especially the kitchen). They are clean and sturdy but old wood looking. Also the washer and dryer are stackable and in the kitchen but you have the choice of a floor plan with no washer/dryer and you can use the onsite laundry facility. Its a great affordable community for quiet living without breaking the bank. The complex is also close to a multitude of clothing stores and restaurants. 24 security at the front and I have never felt unsafe. I'm leaving this review because the reviews on the other apartments I was looking into were super helpful. Hopefully this will help someone too.
Carlton armsI’ve been living here for a little over two years I have a beautiful lake View The managers Maria and Chris are awesome every time I am in need of anything they are on top of things the Staff are friendly I wouldn’t want to live nowhere else .So me as a resident I Suggest if you’re looking for a place to call home this is the place to be sincerely Miriam and Frank and my doggy Bebe ??????
I have lived several different places...prior to this apartment I built a large house. Then I was on my own fate 43 years and so many things I had to hire someone to do or repair. Time for major downsizing. I live in Florida and wanted a neighborhood comprised of all ages...Not ready for assisted living. Found Carlton Arms....large open areas,, great facilities, super response to questions or just a exterior light that burned out. So many benefits....no property taxes, no roof repairs and on and on. A great feature is they are concrete block construction. If you have ever experienced a hurricane first hand, you want to be in a solid house. Two beautiful CLEAN pools, laundry facilities, two club houses, tennis courts, play ground and so much more. Get this.. GATED AND 24 hour security. It is an older complex and beats the newer ones built by a landslide. Can you tell I'm a happy camper. AND you can bring you best buddy....dogs and cats are welcome. Check it out...you won't be sorry.
We fell in love with this community for the quietness, beauty and safeness. We were disappointed on their inaccurate ad the cost of the apartment would be, because of all the added costs, and after a year the monthly payment went up, and the pest control went way down. They lost a lot of workers, so the maintenance help is not as good. The neighbors are great and workers are so nice.
I am on the lake of the apartment here and love our view. It's a good size and love going to the crisp clean pool. It's so easy to use this site.
Rent is affordable for the location; Studio - Two bedroom town-home in different sizes. They do pest control once a month, valet trash twice a week, pet friend, and has a heated pool. Neighbors mind each other space and the community is generally quite during the work week. Some noise is expected on the weekends. If you're looking for a bedroom with a washer and dryer, don't bother. They are smaller than the ones in the laundry room and can only hold half a load. The office isn't as aware as I would like them to be. Make sure you follow up with them if something happens, they tend to "forget". After living here for two years, I've only had a problem with the office once since they restaffed.
I have my own patio fenced in with 2' area where I can plant. the apartment is huge, two bedrooms. large closets, and a coat closet, and two extra closets for bathroom supplies and linens, and vacuum. the bedrooms are large. kitchen ample cabinets, bar extension and dining area. My dog can go onto the patio and relax in the sun. manmade and natural lakes. two swimming pools, and gym.
The location is key - close to everything! This apartment complex is not only attractive to look at, they are maintained to stay that way. For a renter, there are several choices of floor plans for each apartment size, and they have anything from an efficiency to town-homes. The staff can be regularly seen on golf carts making their rounds, seeing to the needs of the tenants. There are storage units and places to park boats, two pools and two club houses. Laundry on site. The grounds are filled with wildlife and backs-up to a wildlife preserve. There are a number of small lakes (stocked with fish) and with colored light fountains at night. One great extra is their website which answers many questions through online help, pictures and video.
So, I've decided to shed a little positive light on things...I recently went looking for apartments near my daughter, & I can't tell you how disheartening it was to see so many bad reviews...scary, horrible things people said about even the most expensive areas & neighborhoods...so, I thought I'd check out our apartments just to see what people said about where we live. Imagine my surprise to see that so many people think it sucks to live here!! I don't know if these people actually have all these problems, or just want a forum to complain on, but here's my honest review of Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley. We have lived here for three years now, & have never had any problems with anything...when we call the office, they are polite & helpful, if we ask for something to be repaired, they come right away & handle it (even small things that I've said can wait or it's no hurry); they are right on top of maintenance outside, lawn care, garbage, spraying for bugs outside, & the 3 month pest control inside as well...I've read some reviews of people who have a problem with bugs here, well all I can say is, there's more than one family in each building & no one has any control of how other people take care of their place/clean up after themselves, & we do live in FLORIDA, after all-my mom, who is from New York City, says these people should go live in an apartment building there for a while & see if they like that better for bugs. I can honestly say that we have less bugs here than we did in our condo we had before we came here, maybe we're lucky, I don't know. I have also read complaints from some about the amount of "damp" here...well, I can also honestly say we had far more dampness problems at our condo, where there was no water anywhere around, than here. It was actually so wet there that I once put a stack of cans on the counter for a couple of days until I could get to them & when I did, there was rust where they'd been sitting...now THAT is damp. Considering how many lakes/water areas there are here (which are really pretty to look at, by the way), it's not damp at all...& again, FLORIDA-probably the reason damp-rid was created. When I was looking at places by my daughter, there were so many stories of shootings, thefts, places getting broken into, even a firebombing! Nothing like that here at all...the guards at the gate are on the job, & I've never been scared to live here, or felt unsafe any time of the day or night. Hope this positive review helps!
I have lived in numerous apartments in Florida. Then I bought a house with my wife and kids. I said I would never live in an apartment again!!!! Then we got divorced, and had to move out. I found the Carlton arms apartments. I love living here. The staff here are very good. My neighbors are nice. Property is very well maintained. It is very quite. The 2 pools on the property are very nice. There are several ponds, or lakes here you can actually fish. Basket ball, tennis, and a playground for kids. Overall just a very nice place to live!!!!
Every thing in this community is perfect and beautiful, but i understand you require and income of three time the rent and i surlely dont make that
I personally haven't moved in yet, but my son use to live here before he bought a house. If he wouldn't have wanted a house, he would never have left here. He was very happy when I decided to move in here. I used to visit quite abit and loved what I saw.
