Property Ratings at Carlyle Apartments
This apartment has been the worst experience of my life. I have had to replace the tires on my car from the parking lot filled with glass from broken beer bottles. There is music that shakes the walls till 3 am. The showers fill with water and can't drain. The shared laundry room is ridiculously disgusting and filled with roaches, which are also in everyone's apartments. The management does nothing and neither do the pest people when they come in and out within 5 seconds. The price and fees are never-ending, this place is horrible.
Me and my family only lasted 1 month here. They gave us a apartment that was not even finished. Shower was leaking, AC went out. Maintenance is the worst!!! They took weeks before they come fix the problem. The apartment are also all filled with cockroaches, they are EVERYWHERE!!! it is disgusting. The health department needs to come shut them down.
I think the app is putting misleading prices for this particular apartment complex. Nothing has been done to make the changes. It is very sad and frustrating.
Worst apartment ever!! We couldn't wait to move out this terrible apt. Bedroom closet was always flooded, buckets of water every time we vacuum it, molds, heater always going out, loud heater/ AC, bathtub clogged and always over flowing, kitchen sink overflow and sewage water all over the floor, fruit flies everywhere I mean everywhere, spoke to management and sent emails several times about the water in closet and they never responded or cared. Maintenance was there almost every week to fix something. Very very bad experience, do not move to this apartment. WORST APARTMENT OF ALL TIME!!
I was impressed with the quick response time. I requested service on my leaking faucet and it was fixed by the time I came home from work the next day. Really appreciated that a lot.
I love living at the Carlyle. Office staff is friendly and so is maintenance staff. Grounds are very clean and safe.
Honestly its a pretty nice / ok first apartment and is affordable ... but I moved into what seemed to be a apartment that was not ready to be moved into , I had soooo many issues , we currently dont even have a mail box because the company isnt wanting to pay for a new round of mail boxes so I have to visit the office everyday and hope the team isnt too busy to check and see if I have mail .
it is pretty good
Excellent place to stay for a good price.
Our refrigerator stopped working and I was so worried that we would have to throw out all of our food. They were so quick and communicated so well with us. Refrigerator is working again and didnt need to throw anything out!!
Turn over rate is very high here. Employees rarely stay for more than 6months. They do not like to answer the phones or help out in any way.
I have lived at the Carlyle for over 2 years and my experience has been very positive. The gym and pool are great and the management has always been awesome. I would recommend living here.
They suck Buildings great But every employee is less helpful than the last
Highly advise you look elsewhere. Loooots of problems with this complex and the management. I'll run through the issues I had: 1) my AC was broken for 6 weeks (SIX WEEKS!) before they got around to fixing it, and only after I threatened them with a letter from a friend who was a lawyer. Mind you, this was in June. Insanely bad service. 2) The window clasps were broken when I moved in. I was in a basement-ish apartment so anyone could have broke in the window. Took them 2 weeks to fix it. 3) The apartment next to me flooded. The water then seeped under into the wall separating us, and flooded mine. They did nothing to assist me, simply saying "it would dry out". Had to live elsewhere for a few days, and they helped me zero percent. 4) Told them my forwarding address to get the security deposit. Of course, they never sent it, and getting into contact with them was fruitless. I should have pursued action somehow against them, but by then I just wanted the whole experience to be over with. Oh, and all of this happened in the 6 months I lived there. STAY AWAY PLEASE BY GODS WILL STAY AWAY
expensive, which is upsetting since the service is so lacking. The people in the office are nice enough but there's some kind of delay between them and maintenance.
pesima atencion no hay comunicacion con sus trabajadores y pesimo servicio por parte de la administracion pero para cobrar la renta estan al dya...
Great place for a small, starting family :)
Kind and safe environment for children...
Very Wonderful Gorgeous architecture Place to Live, The Most Beautiful Apartment I have every Lived in. The management are very professional whenever you have any complain they will solve it as quickly as possible and also their maintenance is always on time e.t.c. I can't say enough about this marvelous Apartment. Regards Titus M
Laundry facilities are horrible. Cheaply upgraded. Bows in walls, dirty hallways, filthy grounds, don’t waste your money
Nice office staff, nice leasing office, and nice model units. But, the apartments are trash! I have had to submit 2 maintenance requests in the 1 week I have lived here. They claim units are renovated. But they literally just slapped new lighting fixtures and light switches on the walls. It's really really bad.
What a great staffing and management team! They really seem to care about their clients' lifestyle needs. Friendly customer service, quick to resolve any issues a resident may have. Highly recommend!
Rude staff. Horrible apartments. Cheap 'ammenities'.
This complex is infested with bedbugs and the apt makes you pay anywhere from $400-$800 to spray even when you are not the source. After spraying they keep coming back. Carpet in building hallways are disgusting and never cleaned!!
Moved in and asked about bed bugs I was told by staff "Not to worry" New carpet will throw you off. Don't be fooled. You will end up throwing away your mattress, heating your clothes to kill bugs, repacking your possessions to move. BE WARE! BED BUGS! DO NOT MOVE THERE!
Ever since I moved into this apartment it has been one maintenance issue after another. My sink along with everyone else on the bottom floor sink will over flow once a month leaving a foul odor and ugly stain on the carpet that the office will make the tenant figure out how to clean it up instead of sending someone for the job. The staff is very rude. As well as Debbie the manager. And when I request to speak to the owners of the property I was instructed to call a number and leave a voice mail. The owners have yet to return the phone call months later. And there is limited parking. Spare yourself the discomfort
Clean area, very kind staff location excellent and
