Property Ratings at Carman Estates
Management is not very good. Very unprofessional and talks to tenants in a rude manner. The only good things about this apartment building the the maintenance staff.
Have lived here for going on 2 years. This is one of the best properties I have lived at. When ever I have any questions the staff are always more than welcome to answer/help out! Would recommend to any family or friend looking for an apartment.
Wanted to tour & possibly move in here or it's sister property, the vineyards, with my cousin. I emailed multiple times & got vague responses about setting up a time, then never heard back from anyone, even after responses. My cousin also called & left a message, that was yet to be returned. If this is how management treats possible new tenants I'd hate to see how they treat the current tenants.
