If you're reading this, you're probably looking to move. I'm going to tell you to look no further! This is THE BEST APARTMENT I've ever lived in. I have moved six times in the last five years. I cannot state enough that the list of must haves when I was apartment shopping was incredibly high. Two bedroom- in budget- safe area- close to work- w/d in unit- bring my own fridge- accepts animals- AND close to food This met everything on my list. I was living at a one bedroom with my husband 45 minutes from work. For only $200 more monthly we got a two bedroom here, with EVERYTHING. The complex is quiet and there are young families nearby. It's situated between a lot of new townhomes and a dairy farm- AND a block from every type of food you want as well as a grocery store. Needless to say, I love this place. This biggest bonus to this list, was having competent and kind office staff. I off-handedly asked if someone could check out my shower because it was leaking, while I was on my lunch hour walking my dog. Gynnivel had it fixed the SAME day. Not to mention that Gynnivel and the entire staff did everything in their power to get us moved in on time, in the first place. Come be my neighbor, you won't regret it.

This is a clean safe place to live with qualified supportive staff and good neighborhood. It's located in a prime area you can walk to the park, stores, banks, schools, pharmacies and metro. The plants are green making the place look lively. Unlike other apartments here, it has beautiful paintings with pretty view, a big playground and a pool with lounge chairs. It's like a beach house.

Carmel At the Colony offers me as a renter an affordable place to live within my means. The staff is very friendly and resolve issues fairly quickly. I have been here for almost 3 years and the upgrades that they have done to the property include painting and landscaping. The complex is family friendly and conveniently located near the 60 fwy. Overall, it has met my needs and I would recommend it to friends!

My wife and I have lived in apartment's 48 years of the 56 years of marriage. We moved from Chicago,IL to Ontario,Ca to be close to family, November 1st 2013. My son located our apartment for us and we leased it unseen except for looking at photo's on their website,and we have not been disappointed with our decision. We have made it into our home it's not just an apartment to us,it's a 2 bedroom / 2 bath with a large wrap around patio with washer / dryer hook up's and with air condition also with assign covered parking,close to shopping within walking distances and public transportation if needed. All Colony associate's are knowledgeable and pleasant also Colony's maintenance associate's are productive and efficient for repair's needed, just to sum every thing up my wife and I really do enjoying living our new Ca. home. My family and i have been living at the Carmel Apartments for 15 years. Its a great place to live, quiet, calm, management very easy to get along with and they take care of any problem very quickly. The Maintenance crew is very friendly and extremely helpful, and they know what they are doing. management keeps the grounds very clean. We've never had any problems with anyone. If you have any kind of concerns management listen to you and handles any situation in a very professional manner. If you're looking for a nice safe place to live, come live in our community.

Love the community!!! Pool is always so clean and refreshing. Take our walks around complex everyone is very friendly. Workers their are always on top of your service call if you need one. Just really enjoy living here. Been here almost 2 years now and will continue to stay here longer!!!!!

We're being living here over 6 years now. It's quiet, nice and we have a little doggie. We are so please they accept pets. The people at the office, are always nice, polite and professional.

Been living at carmel at the colony for over a year now and i just love how its so peaceful and quiet here, the neighborhood is so nice and friendly and they accept big pets too never had any complaints here n the staffs and management are very friendly and polite and are always willing to assist in any need. Have i mentioned that it also has a great view and ot has fast food places and grocery stores really close even a few restaurant and gasoline stations which makes it more easiest to commute. Great place to live at.
