Apartment staff and management: Evelina, the Leasing Agent, is very professional and kind. She is very expedient in responding to emails and calls. Eddie, the on-site manager, is over-the-top accommodating, professional, compassionate, attentive, kind, and understanding. My relocation was difficult, and Eddie helped with a smooth transition and move-in. During the searching phase at the beginning, Eddie sent more pictures and details of the apartments to help with fulfilling the desired needs in a home. Eddie exceeded all standard expectations of a property manager with his level of expertise and experience throughout my lease signing. Shirley is a delightful night-time manager who made the apartment accessible after normal business hours due to late arrival times. She was very thorough, thoughtful, and professional as well. She was very approachable. Scott, the lead maintenance manager, arrived the next day for an accompanied walk-through. He was very thorough and professional as well. Anything that needed addressing, he addressed and rectified within 48 hours. The Lewis Apartment Communities is the property owner of Carmel Apartments. Lewis Apartments has great ratings as well. Personally, it's the on-site team that really makes an apartment a home. The team on-site at Carmel Apartments is here to do just that. They are all very receptive with an open door policy any time. They understand the value of making an apartment your home because some of the staff live on-site. I am very thankful and lucky to have found Carmel Apartments and the team here as my home.

This property is quite lovely! We noticed it as we were driving down the street. It is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The grounds are very attractive, as are the pool, and common areas. There is ample space in the units and the remodeled flooring and cabinetry lends to a modern and inviting environment. Beyond the attractively functional units, the staff is stellar! Very professional, friendly, and competent. They are present on weekends and were expedient in facilitating our application process. Without reservation, I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I recently moved into this complex and I love it! The community feels safe and is quiet. The grounds are well kept and Bojie always has a smile as he takes pride in keeping it that way. The bedrooms in the lanai are large with big closets that are hard to find in an apartment. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. They have been eager to help me with my questions and anything else I've needed. It's expensive, but worth it for me.

The landscape is nice with grass and palm trees, there is also rosemary growing all around the property. The entire property is well light with clearly marked buildings. The apartment community is dog friendly and there are many station with doggy waste bags and trash cans. The apartment that we have was recently remodeled and is beautiful. It is perfect for our family of four and feels nice and new. There is a pool and a gym that have been awesome to use and the reservations are easy. I especially appreciate Phuong, the property administrator, who has been very helpful and attentive to our requests. Also, Gary the maintenance man was quick, friendly, and professional with our recent maintenance request. Thank you both!

Great layout! We have a 2 BR, 2 BA with a 2 car garage on the ground floor with direct access from the garage. We love the layout with nice size closets for both bedrooms. Both bathrooms are very nice but the master bath shower is even better than most. The kitchen is well planned and the appliances are first rate. The laundry also has a large washer and dryer which is perfect for our use. We also the love the enclosed deck for our plants and it is perfect for a small table chairs and an umbrella. All in all, we would highly recommend this complex. The pool, workout room and common areas are also outstanding and complimentary valet service is offered 2 days a week for tenants.
It is family oriented and has the feeling of a neighborhood, not just an apartment complex. The amenities rival those of a high priced gated community and include a swimming pool with hot tub, exercise room, business center, club house, free bikes to rent and is in a safe residential neighborhood. We are in walking distance to two of the schools in the district. The staff are always planning family oriented events for the community to engage in.
It's nice and clean and the residents are friendly as well the staffs in the community.
My apartment is FABULOUS! It was "hand-picked" for me by the wonderful Annette over a year ago so I have plenty of room in a quiet area with no street or parking lot traffic ...and I have great neighbors! The common areas and all amenities are well maintained and the valet trash pick up 2 days a week is simply a luxury. The staff are friendly, professional and VERY responsive. I highly recommend Carmel at Woodcreek West to anyone searching for "just the right spot"...it's a great place to live!
Carmel West at Woodcreek Oaks is a quiet hideaway set amongst a beautiful park like landscape. Our home offers tons of amenities including a large outdoor heated pool, hot tub, full gym, business center, and a comfortable entertaining area that houses a full kitchen, dining area, and television sitting area. A kid friendly neighborhood just blocks from a top ranked elementary school, a playground onsite, and moments from some of the best trails Roseville has to offer. Because this part of the country boasts some of the best weather in the US, outdoor living is highlighted with patios and centralized shared bbq pits. Each unit includes a 1 or 2 car garage with full laundry service and one extra parking space. If needed an adjacent street supplies enough parking for guests and a multi-car family. Want to go for a bike ride but don't own a bike, that's okay because Lewis offers free bike rentals to satisfy your adventurous side. We opted for an end unit which boasts a few extra windows and a 3 foot bump out we house our piano in and the loft is bright and airy for our home office. The air conditioning is cold, the staff is a delight and utilities are relatively low for the area. Due to the location, the streets are not busy and offer easy access to commuters traveling locally to Rocklin, Folsom, and Sacramento. Rent is comparable to local apartment sites but becomes more reasonable for the location and large amount of amenities. We'll be staying until we buy.
This is the perfect apartment complex if you want a quick walk to the neighborhood, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
I have been at this complex for over 2 years. It is clean, family friendly, pet friendly and events are planned for the community each month. The office staff is always helpful and positive.
Being engaged, getting pregnant takes rigorous decision making on where to start a family especially when there is two of you, you and your partner to both agree. We have so many options like living close to our workplace (in Carmichael), close to our relatives (in Sacramento and Antelope), yet when we thought of rearing our growing child, we can only take one choice. Carmel in Roseville. I read blogs and reviews regarding the place. It was one of those times when I and my fiance did a thorough research, after all, this is where we are going to raise our baby. There is no other suitable place, clean, good community and somewhere we can afford. Getting to live here even give us more reason to love being here. Very good amenities and services. Staff, maintenance are always on the spot when we need help and assistance. Proud to be living in Carmel at Woodcreek.
Nice luxury apartments with attached garages. Management is friendly and the maintenance people are great. They can stand to update the appliances and the carpet needs to go. Maybe put in tile or laminate instead. That's why 4 stars not 5. But the staff is great to work with and if there are any issues they're on the spot to take care of it.
This is the best aprtment! They do take care of their renters! Whenever there is a problem in our unit as soon as we report it they are right there right away! It's like living in a time share! Clean and quiet. Very awesome place!
First off, my boyfriend and I were living in San Jose and decided to move out on in Roseville. We, well I found Carmel At Woodcreeek the very first apartment I looked at, only apartment, and instantly fell in love. It was perfect for us two! All three layouts are amazing, they are able to fit people's needs. It's a quiet community, the staff is very friendly and always available. It's in the perfect location, a middle & high school up te street, grocery stores & banks as well. No traffic at all, very nice area. Wouldn't look anywhere else!!
Have been renting for 1 1/2 years and the staff and subcontractors providing maintenance services are just great. Repairs and maintenance are completed the first time shortly after request is placed. The place is clean, safe, plenty of parking available and excellent customer service. So far, one of the best places to rent in the Sacramento metro area.
I recently moved from the bay area.Found Lewis Apartments on line,it is everything they said it would be. Management was and still is very kind and helpful. We are in a dog friendly community and my neighbors are kind and helpful. Kids seem to love it hear, close to parks and shopping. We feel very safe in this gated community.
I have been resident 5 months .Management friendly ,always there when you need them .
Close to Coyote Ridge elementary which was a great school for my 5th grader. This property has a giant cockroach infestation, they run the sidewalks at night and are super scary. We are always screaming when we walk around after dark and one flew onto my husbands neck once when we were walking. Parking is also limited. If you forget to hang your parking pass up they stick a big red sticker on your window that is very difficult to remove. I thought it was vandalism but they say they can do it because it is private property.
Last 12 months have not been easy for my two kids. Circumstances outside my control forced me to move twice in less than a year. In April my kiddos and I arrived at Carmel at Woodcreek West and I felt they finally settled in and started putting the past behind them. They love their rooms, the ammenities, and the overall atmosphere of the complex. Also, Anette and her team are wonderful and helpful. We are finally home.
Carmel at Woodcreek has a great atmosphere and staff. If you need anything done, the staff is on top of it. The pool, spa, gym, bathrooms, computer rooms are always clean. Hi all If your reading this you are probably in the market for a place to live in the Sacramento Area in Ca. Well I have been hare now a few months and I will tell you that it is tough to find a place to live here if you have high requirements for a home. So after looking an many dives, dirty neighborhoods and sketchy situations...I found Carmel. It's tucked away near a residential community and its gated to keep out the occasional lookie-loo's. Your rent not only gets you a great apartment, but a full business center, pool, fitness center, and friendly available staff. So check it out. You won't be dissatisfied. This is the first apartment I have lived in in 12 years and I think it's great. Matt in Roseville.
