Alright for the price

Great community, everyone is friendly here. For the price you get to live in a great area and send your children to good schools. The floor plans are amazing, its like living in a townhome. No noise complaints. Staff are very friendly and helpful for the most part. The apartments themselves are falling apart and you will constantly call maintenance. There is a huge pest problem that is made worse by old windows and doors. I enjoy living in the community. If you can live with a non perfect residence than i would recommend this place

Beautiful

Carmel in providence is a great place to live, It a small piece full community, where you know all you neighbors and can trust. The apartment is very spacious with great patio.

Carmel On Providence

I have lived in this complex for eight years. The management has always been very friendly and helpful. This is a small complex with lots of trees. It really feels more like a small neighborhood and we feel very much at home. During the time we have lived here, we have had some great neighbors and made some long lasting friends. We would love to stay here forever!
