Not Great
Property was in poor condition, far worse than what was shown in the demo unit. Landlord allowed smoking indoors, so our apartment smelled like smoke nonstop because of neighbors. Contractors hired were terrible, failed to fix issues, burned construction trash outside, left our place a mess, and only half did their jobs. There was mold that kept coming back in the bathrooms no matter what we did. The power went out regularly. This is the worst place I've ever lived, could not be happier to be living somewhere else.
