Compact apartment with a great location
This apartment is all about location, location, location. Just steps away from Central park and 4 major train lines which make connectivity to any part of Manhattan a cinch! The building is well maintained and covets one of the best rooftop views in the city. Management responds and fixes any maintenance requests within 24 hours, with no complains in the last 2 years! The bedroom is HUGE for an NYC apartment and has great views of the park for North facing apartments
