Something was always broken. Office staff was nearly unresponsive with any issues we had. And we were charged after move out for someone else’s unit’s carpet replacement. Renters nightmare.

Noisy, not a lot of amenities, floor plans are nice, near the galleria.

This is the absolute best place to live!! I searched for a long time and Im very picky! They have everything you need here! The high rise living at its hottest! The pool is beautiful and the units are beautiful inside! The gym has everything you need; I love the stairclimber! The staff and maintenance are very friendly and so sweet! The grounds are very clean and beautiful; like a mini River Oaks! Very posh inside the lobby and lounge!! I recommend Amli Uptown to everyone who wants a nice and safe place to live thats so beautiful!! My little Maltese loves it here too!! Thank you , Layla

My experience at the AMLI so far has been comforting. I relocated from another state and the staff has been really pivotal in ensuring that I feel at home. They are quick and concise and work diligently to provide excellent service. I'm very glad that I chose this property, I'm very grateful for the staff and enjoy the engagements of my neighbors. Its an OK community for the location and the rental rate.

AMLI Uptown is such a great place to live and management is great and responsive. We have not had any major issues since we have lived here and any minor issues are immediately resolved.

Love the community and property as well as the staff. Pool and gym could have minor upgrades but over all everything is great! I'm over all happy and love my time there so far.

I'm in love with this property, my unit, and the amenities. This is the best hidden gem anyone could find, and the staff is the best apartment staff I've ever encountered.

The staff definitely makes it homie and you can always get assisted from the leasing office, just a very welcoming environment, great place!

The apartments are really nice and the staff up front are wonderful. They have been the best compared to every other staff at all of the apartments we have lived at or toured. They are super helpful, professional, kind, and they get things done without any hassle. We have had zero issues upon moving in and could not recommend this place enough. AT&T fiber has been a huge plus and one of our reasons for selecting AMLI as our new residence.

This is our second time living in this property and we returned primarily because of the location but because the property is well-kept and the units are spacious and worth the money we pay. The property is on the smaller size and fairly quiet. Even though we're a block away from a busy street I feel safe on the property and in the surrounding areas. We've never had major issues living here and are happy to be back!

You will not be disappointed living here. The process to move in was a breeze. The complex is super clean. I love working with the office staff - they have been very friendly and have treated me with the upmost importance when I have had any questions. As someone who has not rented in quite a while, I have been so pleasantly surprised by my experience at AMLI Uptown. My apartment home is spacious and the fixtures are quite nice - it's great to have a gas stove! Office management is friendly, responsive and genuinely cares that I am comfortable in my home. Maintenance is quick to respond and always finds a resolution for any issue that comes up. For the location and the space I get, it's a great value. I'm a happy resident and highly recommend AMLI Uptown!

The management staff alone should be a reason to move in to this location. Theyre extremely helpful and always a pleasure.

AMLI is a small community located in a very safe area. There are so many restaurants near the community all within walking distance (yes, you can walk!). As a student at UH, I love that I can still be within 20 mins of campus but also live in a very safe area. It was the perfect fit!

AMLI Uptown is located in a prime area! The staff are friendly, and maintenance is fast! The price is great for this location. Can't beat it.

Please dont lease in this community. There are other communities that are the same price and management is great as well as the services etc. moving out as soon as possible for safety concerns, noisy hallways, dirty hallways, lots of people smoking marijuana, after hours you are on your own and even if you call the police they have a hard time to get into your apartment because the code box was removed and now you have to go downstairs to get your visitors or let someone in. This is not the way to handle exposure specially during the pandemic.

Amli is a sleek and up to date complex that is accommodating and staff are friendly.

Amli uptown provides excellent customer service and caters to our needs promptly and professionally. The rules are implemented as stated since the beginning and I believe that any issue is addressed quickly. The staff and maintenance team are also great and always friendly. I love living here so much!

Overall it is a decent place to live, management is good. Tenants leave garbage out in the hallways and it stinks. Tenants also dont pick up after pets outside in dog area. The longer tenant is here rent should decrease or stay at the same rate if re signing.

Just arrived and great place to live. Quiet, clean and very close to work.

I absolutely love the walk-ability to grocery, restaurants and shopping. The feeling of safety while walking or jogging in the neighborhood; also the close proximity to the Medical Center.

We love living at Amli Uptown. Its been a great transition back into uptown living for me and my family. The apartment is a great fit for us. We love the pool, the staff and the location. We can walk pretty much anywhere we need or want to go. The mid rise complex is well maintained and we live the food truck nights and monthly mixers. This is a great place.

Very quiet and safe community. Units have great gas appliances which is a plus for cooking. Amenities of the building are very nice such as the pool and gym. Staff and management is very friendly and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. Location is also great. It is walking distance from the Galleria and easy access to I-610.

AMLI Uptown has a very responsive and courteous management team. The apartments and the building overall are clean, well-kept, and have quality amenities. I haven't lived here long yet, but I'm excited to spend my time here and getting to know my neighbors and call AMLI home.

I absolutely love AMLI Uptown! From the moment I toured the property, to the moment I moved in, the leasing staff has been attentive, quick to respond to any of my needs and always available. The apartment community is not gigantic and it is well cared for and beautiful. I feel very safe here and so do my children. The location is great and I couldn't be happier.

It's a great place to live. I don't need to worry about anything. Amenities are great, and the location is a must.

I can't rave enough about the team here! They made our transfer process as seamless as it could be. Not one ounce of stress, and helped us every step of the way. They were diligent about answering my many questions and were genuinely excited to hear my husband and I wanted to downgrade to save up money to purchase a home. They checked in with us after the move to make sure everything was up to par and were always available, with an open door, for anything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough. Joy took over assisting me, when Tim transferred, and she was extremely knowledgeable and was so patient with me. Jeremy, Devin, and Joy are rockstars and are always available when we need them!

Amli Uptown is top notch apartment complex. It has best location, good amenities and best package delivery service.

It was my first time living in the U.S. and since my first contact with AMLI's community and its services has been great. I was very well attended since my leasing application and my move-in was smoothly without any problems. The apartment is great (very good floor plan) and it was delivered in perfect conditions (great work from maintenance team). Very quiet and great location. Perfect for me and my wife who is very happy as well.
