Elevators never work. Trash chute was out for a while a while ago. Property does not compensate, they just apologize and never get the root of the issue fixed!!! OVERPRICED

Lovely apartment, excellent staff and so many extras to make this my home.

Staff is professional and highly responsive -- from management to maintenance! Amenities are first class and well maintained -- from the garden grill to the gym! AMLI residents are friendly and thoughtful - always caring and considerate!

Great location and easy access to many parts of Houston. The apartment layouts are pretty good compared to other properties.

The amli river oaks is a great apartment complex, everything around is always very well kept and the maintenance staff keeps all the amenities around the complex clean and up to date. Everything is very secure and safe so you never feel like your property is going to be damaged or stolen. Leasing staff is very helpful and friendly and there if you need anything. Overall great community to live in

AMLI River Oaks is a fantastic place to live. I have been living at AMLI River Oaks for the past 2 years and my experience has been wonderful. The location itself is an amenity, but what truly makes AMLI River Oaks stand out is the quality of the people that work there. My dog is always greeted by all of the leasing office and maintenance staff and has become very fond of them. They are always incredibly kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Working with them is always a pleasure and make the living experience here easy and enjoyable.

AMLI River Oaks feels like home because the management and staff are caring and interested in improving the community. As a resident, you will be heard and you will be cared for.

So far living here has been a treat. The people in the leasing office are very kind, welcoming and helpful; they made the application process and move in date very smooth. The maintenance team here is also amazing, they respond to your maintenance order fairly quickly unlike most apartments. The area is amazing if you are the kind of person that loves to shop and eat!! With that being said I would rate them a 10/10!

I have never lived in an apartment building I have loved more than this one (and Ive lived in many different places in several different cities). The staff are kind, helpful, and take the time to provide you with the information or support you need. Their response time on calls or emails is almost immediate. The maintenance team is extraordinarily competent and thorough. They work tirelessly to keep the property in great condition and attend to maintenance requests so quickly. You cannot beat the location. Weve been here two years with no plans to leave.

So far I absolutely love living here. This is a great, safe, well maintained community. Everyone from my neighbors to the leasing office has been very friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is walkable and has tons of stuff to do, the parks around are excellent. This property is a gem in this city - if you have the opportunity, live here.

AMLI River Oaks is a beautiful and quiet community in the heart of the best part of Houston. It is walking distance to excellent parks, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is near everything but is not affected by heavy traffic. Commute is great since Memorial and Allen Pkwy provide a quick east-west access and Waugh and Montrose are fast N-S avenues. I enjoy the Buffalo Bayou new trails and parks as well as the very short drive, bike or run to Memorial Park. Yoga, trendy restaurants, night life, all within minutes. I also enjoy our gym and hang out areas. The best of AMLI River Oaks are the people working here. Super responsive, friendly, happy!. We are very lucky to have them, specially during this time with Covid19 , they have been handling everything so efficiently and contactless. I love them!!. Big hugs to everyone for keeping us happy and safe!

I love living here! It is in the perfect location, and everything you need is within ten minutes distance. The staff here are friendly, and the maintenance is EXTREMELY helpful!

AMLI River Oaks is in such a great location. It has easy access to midtown, downtown, and its just a quick drive to the Katy Freeway or 59.

If youre looking for a place with great amenities, great maintenance staff and easy access to downtown (& the bar scene at washington look no further. Easy access to memorial makes getting to downtown a breeze. Ive never lived in a complex with such friendly staff, who will come in on their days off to help you with whatever you need ( including keys dropped down an elevator shaft....). I can rest easy knowing that my WFH workday wont be interrupted by anything more than my annoying conference calls.

I've stayed at AMLI River Oaks for the past 2.5 years and I had a great experience. The management team and maintenance crew was always friendly, attentive, and prompt when it came to address issues or work orders. The building was also always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Montrose.

Very clean and quiet environment with a great sense of community. All my neighbors are very mindful and kind. From the front office to the maintenance staff they always have a smiling face and are eager to help. You can tell that the entire staff truly cares.

AMLI River Oaks is the best apartment complex I've stayed in. The staff and management are top notch and truly care about your experience. The apartments are well maintained, the location is great, and the people are friendly. Also it's a great place to have a dog. Would recommend it to any one.

I had the best leasing experience with Amli River Oaks. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She made me feel welcome the moment I toured the property. Management has been understanding and helpful to residents during this pandemic. I would recommend Amli River Oaks to anyone looking to live in the area!

AMLI RIver Oaks is the great community that you are looking for. This place feels like home in the heart of Houston. You will enjoy great events and amenities. The service provided by the maintenance and office staff is always great and friendly.

We LOVE this place. Being new to Houston, we had no idea what part of town would be best for us. Our highest priorities were safety and simply ease of parking, walking our dog, walk ability, etc. Amli River Oaks has outdone our expectations. Its located in a very safe and walkable neighborhood, grocery stores close by, staff is quick to respond, and the sense of community is very low key, yet friendly. As a young couple new to Houston we are so happy with our choice.

Management is responsive and professional. Clean, flood-safe, and safe for cars and pedestrians. In central Houston, I don't think you can beat the value for getting the security and amenities that come with apartment living.

AMLI is definitely home. A safe, clean, convenient place with good quality of life.

Great community and walkability!

When moving in here, I was immediately impressed with the leasing office staff and their professionalism. For me, that was a strong indicator that the people here are focused on safety, comfort, and to help the tenants. From the lobby, conference room, gym, pool, well-lit hallways, numerous staircases, the best part of all of these places is that every rent holder has their own key that enables them to enter through doors or hallways. As a student in university, I would come home late at night or leave early morning for class and to know that only I can enter the elevator or even the parking garages gives me reassurance. Not only that, the location of these apartments is very ideal for if you are trying to live near downtown but with less traffic!!!

I absolutely love the complex and all the people that live in it and work here! Move in process was super easy and they helped me achieve the best rate and find the apartment that suited my preferences. Couldnt have a better location being in river oaks and so close to downtown.

AMLI River Oaks is a great place to live. Not only are the location and amenities great, but the management and staff are top notch. They care about their residents and demonstrate it not only through doing their jobs efficiently, but going the extra mile by remembering birthdays, pet names, and other things that would make you feel like more than a name on paper.

The location is unrivaled. I work in downtown so the accessibility to the public transport from where I live to work is important to me. Amli River Oaks has provided that to me. The property managers, Andrew and Sophie have been very helpful and courteous.

So far in my first months experience, the leasing staff have been A . They are kind, concerned, professional and really care for their residents. If there is an issue with our apartment they are quick with response. I loved the morning breakfast cooked by Chef Tommy. It was delicious and I look forward to more! The parking situation is better than i expected, the spots are big and I truly appreciate that since my biggest pet peeve is other car doors hitting my car. Overall, great experience.

Located in walking distance to many grocery stores, postal services and resturaunts as well as the Buffalo Bayou park this the perfect building for dog lovers, young professionals and young families. Convenient for bus users who work in downtown as the bus stop is literally at your doorstep. The common areas are well maintained and there is even a mini cinema to reserve for movie nights wth friends. There are social events with other buildings managed by the same company and the staff is very professional. The only thing I kvetch about is my upstairs neighbour's ability to make my windows rattle at odd hours of the morning.
