Property Ratings at Carriage Green Apartments
1. They charge you around $200 a month for “utilities” 2. BUGS BUGS BUGS (roaches, bed bugs, etc) 3. They enter your apartment without telling you. 4. When they do enter they DESTROY your place and make you pay for it. Literally. 5. They charge you to fix things after they don’t fix it right the first time. I could go on but please please please.. there are plenty of other places that won’t take advantage of you like this place has done to me (illigally) for a year. STAY AWAY!

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartment was dirty with drywall and plaster when I moved in. It was all over the floor and piles in all the corners. All the sinks had calcium and lime buildup in the faucet area, causing debris to fall in glasses etc., as the water was running. Shower was just repainted with latex paint and began chipping and falling off within the first week. The water flutuates temperature while running so while shower temperature can jump to over 100 degrees or as lows as 35 degrees with no consistency and without warning so no way to prep for it. Along with all this the front office is terrible. They are frequently absent with sticky notes (or no note at all) stating that they are out for an extended period of time. They are never open on time in the morning and always close early. I work random hours so it is always an extra chore just to get my laundry card refilled. I can not wait to move out of here, except for the fact I have to buy all new furniture and a new bed because of the bed bugs this place is infested with. I have never had bed bugs before so this is very disturbing for me. I will make it my goal that nobody has to suffer for a year through this place. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!
Do not trust them at all. The leasing agent does not know what she is doing. If you give them a money order for the deposit, expect it to be cashed whatever happens without your signature.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. roaches, terrible plumbing, maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything! I hate this place. Don't move here
Not very nice area but affordable, good management. So far so good.
Do not live here. They have roaches. When I told the leasing office about it they did nothing and then tried to slap me with a fine claiming I never notified them of the problem. The people who they hire to work in the leasing office are also very rude and don't care about your issues at all. The maintenance crew just sits around all day and when they do work the enter your apartment without notice with out even knocking. And be careful with your cars because the office likes to have them towed without notice or reason. The worst place I have ever lived. Just a complete dump and waste of my money and my time.
