Well the people in the block are quiet and peaceful. But so many maintenance issues that comes up in my own apartment. That I don't like. As a new tenant. I have had so many unpleasant experiences. But as for the building is calm.I also don't like the outward look of the environment I think the structure needs renovation. Outside these it's ok

Carraige hill is a great community to live in. As a renter I think my neighbors are really respectful and it's no bad tenants in my opinion. I think it's clean and I love the new changes morgan properties recently made. Rent is pretty high amongst other good things.

It can be very problematic living here but that is common with living in an apartment. However, if you are going to try to implement new policies, you need to follow through with it. The smell of weed lingers in the hallways and will come in through our vents. They claim that there will be consequences if doing so, but most times nothing is done because people are still doing it. The maintenance workers are nasty. We had a maintenance worker come into our apartment and do some work in our bathroom and his phone was being blown up. He finally got sick of it and was yelling at another resident on the phone in our apartment. And left our toilet loose from the floor. I haven’t even put in a ticket to get it fixed because I just don’t want to be bothered with the maintenance people here. I don’t feel comfortable with them coming into our apartment and they’re just nasty. If you are looking to live in an apartment, I recommend spending a little extra money and going somewhere nicer.

My experience has been horrible. Don’t move here. There is poop all over the sidewalk, the common areas aren’t cleaned often. No safety measures, anyone can walk in. No intercom systems.

When you enter the building you can smell the smoke and sometimes the mail box have trash, maintenance also needs quick response to any issues we have . No dessimated info when there is water interruption.

Carriage hill has the best amenities, apartments are a nice size. I definitely recommend this complex! They also allow you to use an app called flex which is very helpful and comes with in home washer and dryer.

The apartments are great and spacious for the price. On my actual move in date, there was a whole drama and mix up with my apartment of choice, key was said to be not available and when it eventuallyturned up the apartment was just not ready, which I attributed to poor communication within the team as it was around the new year holidays. I had called twice, days preceding the move in date to confirm move in. It was eventually resolved after almost two hours of back and forth while keeping an angry delivery van team waiting! We had to settle for a different apartment in the end. Britney Mercer our leasing agent, was great, patient and helpful all through the leasing process, somebody just lost track of communication while she was off duty around the holidays and refused to own up.

Still a decent place to live. Maintenance responds in reasonable amount of time to issues. the leasing office for the most part is pleasant and responsive to emails and phone calls. Our new recycling program is inconvenient, though. The blue dumpsters are located only in one location in the complex, so it makes it difficult to recycle. I have to drive my stuff over there .And since the community center has been renovated, you cannot host gatherings there. So while it looks nice, its wasted space if it can't be used. I don't know about you, but i don't know who is going to leave the comfort of their living room to go watch TV at the community center by themselves. The pool was only open Thursday thru Sunday while school was out. The gym area needs some space where you can do yoga or stretch without being in the way of the machines.

The complex has lots of parking spots, but the garbage and recycling bins are not disbursed well throughout the community. The complex provided recycling bags, but the recycling bins are only located at the front of the community. If the complex wanted the assist in the community recycling better than the bins would be moved throughout the complex.

I moved in two days ago my experience was good until yesterday when I opened one of the kitchen cabinets there was a coffee cup that had been left there so long that the coffee had seeped through the bottom of the cup and begun to mold. I also noticed a slow leak behind the toilet in my only bathroom. I reported it to maintenance as a non emergency because it was only a small puddle and I could not tell where it was coming from on the toilet every thing I touched was dry then late last night when I flushed the toilet it started to leak very fast and the water was everywhere. I called the emergency number and they called back right away it was then that I was the water was gushing from the toilet tank. The maintenance man was very nice and shut off the water valve and tried to fix it but didn’t have all the proper tools. He left and came back back but the tools he had were inadequate for the job. He left again and said he would return in the morning. To be continued…

I love my neighbors. I just wish we had more security features in our buildings and more security cameras throughout the entire complex. Sending out emails to people about things happening and the rules is good but catching people in the act and being able to hold them accountable would be even better. With all of these carjackings, and other crimes, it would be great to know that we have maximum security. I miss when the main building door was locked and you had to buzz guests in.

I first moved here in March 2020 right before Covid hit. We lived here for 2 years, moved to another apartment complex for a year, then moved back. So I've lived here about 3 1/2 years overall. There have been a lot of changes for the better. I had problems with maintenance not doing a proper job for the longest, but I said something and they were quick to make sure our apartment was taken care of. When we first lived here and the hub was fairly new, packages would be left outside the hub at times, in fact we had a resident bring us one of our packages that was on the ground twice! Since moving back we haven't had any issues. One time a delivery driver was using the hub and got an attitude not wanting us to get our package. We went to the leading office and they helped right away. I really like all the community engagement activities they have now like a pool party, movie night, and trunk or treat. We're happy with the improvements made.

I haven't had any major complaints. I've only had one issue in 2 years that took awhile to resolve but overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed my living experience

We've called Carriage Hill home since 2023 and its been an overall great place to live. Maintenance does a great job, other residents just need to do their part and keep their pets on leashes. No issues with our unit.

As always, best space for the cost. Community offers a lot of ammenities. Apartments are super spacious. Community is kept up very well. Maintenance is fast to respond.

I’ve been here for two months now and I still really like the community. It’s quiet and peaceful. Glad this is the place I chose to call home.

Overall, it’s fine. The speed bumps are dreadful and there are way too many of them within the complex. Everyone still speeds so it isn’t helping. They are huge bumps too and many are broken so it damages your car.

Good place to live, spacious recreational area. They love pets and have a park for them. Excellent administrative staff, gym and a large place where you can receive your packages.

I just moved here last week, and I have to say that this has been the smoothest transition ever. So far, the community is great and my neighbors are helpful. Also, I enjoy how close everything is to the community!

So far, great. I love that the maintenance team is great because they mostly respond quickly to concerns. November will make me a year in this community, and I have liked what I am seeing so far. What I do not like is how people allow their dogs to poop and pee everywhere and how some car owners speed even with speed bumps around.

The past two years has been an overall good experience. I would definitely recommend living here. Having a reserved parking space is a must have. It gives you the freedom to come and go without worrying about where am I going to park when I return home.

I have enjoyed living here, as always there are room for improvement, have to run hot water for 10 minutes to get hot water for bath and energy efficient appliances.

I enjoy living at Carriage Hill. It is conveniently located near everything. The apartments are spacious. My concern is that the grounds should be maintained better. A full time groundskeeper might resolve the problem.

When I first moved here, it was very noisy. Neighbors is always fighting. Then they moved away and it became quiet then I got new neighbors. They was always fighting and making noise but overall, I’m still comfortable.

A lot of issues with the bathtub and toilet since I moved in. Both tub get clogged very often and we have the call the maintenance as often as it happened

Spacious apartment. Low noise level. Decent amenities. Okay maintenance team. People don’t clean up after dogs. Parking sucks for certain buildings.

The price is high but you get a lot of room, the staff is OK maintenance is terrible they are not fair , my first year was the best after they kept having turn over after turn over it went down hill also these new staff can't get things right

Overall good experience. One issue I have is there are two building with the same building number, 4, in very close proximity to each other. This causes a lot of confusion with delivery drivers and it has cost me money and inconvenience when drivers drop deliveries to the wrong apartment.

Loud neighbors. Have expressed this to the complex, they do not do anything. Pool hours are horrible. Most workers seem like they don’t want to be there/ are unprofessional.
