Middletown/Goshen is an area about 70 miles north of New York that surrounds Interstate 84 and Highway 17. This wooded community is an ideal mix of residential, natural, and modern areas. Modern amenities like the Galleria at Crystal Run, hotels, and the Garnet Health Medical Center can be found at the Highway 17 and Interstate 84 intersection. Golf courses, parks, and the Wallkill River provide residents with outdoor recreation. Most of the Middletown/Goshen rentals can be found towards the center of the region, and they range from mid-rise apartments to suburban homes. Just outside of the neighborhood, residents have access to massive state parks, New York Stewart International Airport, and more great amenities.

Property Ratings at Carriage Hill Apartments
This apartment complex has the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff I have ever seen. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I’ve never seen more unqualified people until living here. Safe to say my family and I will be leaving as soon as our lease is up. Not understanding people in charge whatsoever. Rules rules rules. Rules are all they seem to care about, but blatantly only enforce certain ones. Completely pick and choose what ones they will do anything about so if you break the wrong one it’s all over for you.. children will be allowed to shine flashlights into your windows at 10:30 at night though. If you’re interested in never sleeping because of the noise and chaos going on in the courtyard then this is the place for you!! You will hear every movement from the person next to you, above you, below you. Never any parking. A two bedroom with 4 people in it is only allowed on parking spot, isn’t that nice? Don’t waste your money and time.
The community is great! The apartments are older but livable for the price.. Maintance don't fix or repair anything. The office staff..Between Gerald and the one behind the desk who don't know the answer to a simple question gets me sick!. It takes them both forever to send out maintenance and paper work you may need, at times you need to call more then once. If the office staff and maintenance changed to professionals we would have a perfect community. Its more like a community that belongs on HBO and they can start with the office staff.... !!!!

Very nice area... well maintained. The 2 apartments that were shown to us were very acceptable to us. The rooms were a good size. The bathroom, though, a little small was nice. Kitchen was very spacious for an apartment. The agent, Joanne, was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely be interesting in renting at Carriage Hill Apartments.

I have been living here now for 2 years. There are many rules, however none are enforced. This place is like the wild west with folks doing or parking anywhere they want. If you want a stressful life, this is your place.
