Good Place for the money
Simple and affordable. No thrills, they just re did the parking lot this summer which is nice. Management is very nice easy to talk to and not swindlers. Great first apartment or if your trying to save some money. never had to wait long for maintenance.

The worst
Management doesn’t care. Maintenance requests usually take about 5 complaints before they do anything. If you enjoy marijuana smell this place is for you. I don’t smoke it and my apt everyday smells like it. Because doors and windows have so much air coming through them.

Carriage House Apartments
Great place to live. Close to highways and shopping areas. The apartments have one A/C unit but it is plenty to cool down the place. Quiet, comfy, quaint.
