Property Ratings at Carriage Park Apartments
The road to the apartments and the parking lot is the worst around. There is no way to avoid tearing up your vehicle. There is literally one working dryer in each laundry room and it's been that way for almost a year. The pool is green and closed most of the time. The roof is leaking, management is slow to fix appliances.
I've been living in Carriage Parks for 2 years and I love it here. Great community and its very peaceful. Management is also great and they get things done quick if anything needs theor attention. I highly recommend. 10/10.
A rare find. Its a beautiful property, quite bug free. The new owner is working to update our community and spares no expense when needed. Its not new but they're updating.
