Maintenance does well with the upkeep. It’s a mixed bag of what new appliances you get and what are old. Cheap carpet and paint job. Neighborhood is overall friendly besides the all the terrible driving and speeding

OK as of now after multiple water leaks from above apartment… also the floor is very thin so can hear upper apartments noise and their tv sound which is disturbing while trying to sleep

Apartments are old and need lot of maintenance. Rents are so high for these apartments. New management and they have changed lot of policies.

The apartments are decent overall, though roaches can be an issue in the high-rise buildings. Maintenance is excellent, typically resolving any issue within two hours.. The environment is green and family-friendly, with nearby grocery stores and a convenient bus stop.

Only 12 month agreement or month on month agreement available for any resident either new or current resident. May be management can offer 6 months lease renewal agreement option for resident who is here for long time. There is no compliments or any other benefits for lease renewals.

Conveniant location to the airport and downtown. safe and friendly neaibourhood. No crimes. only drawback is you have to empty kitchen cabinates every months as there were bugs issues as it's a very old community. Otherwise all good.

The parking here is horrendous people bring vehicles that are unregistered and park them taking up spaces for the residence there are vehicles with flat tires, expired inspection stickers, a truck that’s sitting in front in the parking lot. That’s been here for a month not moved people parking handicap zones without handicap plates and the management does nothing around here. The management is poorly ran they don’t police people come and go they are sublet apartments you can tell because people come in with suitcases people go out every every day

I recently moved into an apartment that has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and parks. The building itself is well-maintained, with modern amenities like a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and secure parking. My unit features spacious layouts with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances, and the bathroom feels like a mini spa with its stylish fixtures. Noise levels are surprisingly low, which is a big plus for city living. The management team has been responsive and helpful, making the move-in process smooth. One minor drawback is the limited visitor parking, which can be inconvenient at times. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I feel like I've found a comfortable home that meets my needs. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and community.

overall good experience. But smoke smell coming from my neighbor is making difficult to breath for me and family. this is happening for awhile

Connectivity to downtown is good Amenities are well maintained. Pest control activity on monthly basis yo control roaches and pests. Overall OK place to stay

It's an amazing community which is well maintained & clean, with alot of activities taking place. The only issue is with car parking for garden view apartments.

It was great the first year for our first apartment but the spike in rent and the office blocking our card payments so we have to get money orders and go into the office where we are constantly treated rudely by staff sucks. Also the “pest control” coming into our apartments if we’re there or not and adding on an additional $300 to our rent if we don’t move everything from our cabinets sucks. I can’t wait to get out of here save yourself by renting elsewhere.

All potential fees and charges, along with how they are calculated, are clearly outlined within the lease agreement. The apartments are great value for money and it’s very safe. How ever the leasing office staff won’t listen to your issues and they are very rude and intimidating.I would definitely recommend this 10/10 if the staff is good

Nice neighborhood close to Downtown. Has a gym, swimming pool and a tennis court. The rent is reasonable and has a bus stop right outside the community. It is also close to Giant Eagle and Kuhn.
