Apartments are old and need lot of maintenance. Rents are so high for these apartments. New management and they have changed lot of policies.

The apartments are decent overall, though roaches can be an issue in the high-rise buildings. Maintenance is excellent, typically resolving any issue within two hours.. The environment is green and family-friendly, with nearby grocery stores and a convenient bus stop.

Conveniant location to the airport and downtown. safe and friendly neaibourhood. No crimes. only drawback is you have to empty kitchen cabinates every months as there were bugs issues as it's a very old community. Otherwise all good.

The parking here is horrendous people bring vehicles that are unregistered and park them taking up spaces for the residence there are vehicles with flat tires, expired inspection stickers, a truck that’s sitting in front in the parking lot. That’s been here for a month not moved people parking handicap zones without handicap plates and the management does nothing around here. The management is poorly ran they don’t police people come and go they are sublet apartments you can tell because people come in with suitcases people go out every every day

It was great the first year for our first apartment but the spike in rent and the office blocking our card payments so we have to get money orders and go into the office where we are constantly treated rudely by staff sucks. Also the “pest control” coming into our apartments if we’re there or not and adding on an additional $300 to our rent if we don’t move everything from our cabinets sucks. I can’t wait to get out of here save yourself by renting elsewhere.

The apartments are great value for money and it’s very safe. How ever the leasing office staff won’t listen to your issues and they are very rude and intimidating.I would definitely recommend this 10/10 if the staff is good

Nice neighborhood close to Downtown. Has a gym, swimming pool and a tennis court. The rent is reasonable and has a bus stop right outside the community. It is also close to Giant Eagle and Kuhn.

I like the garden. I like the people from here. Maybe playground can more bigger. Also, the fitness toilets should be a little cleaner. At least soap and disinfectant can be placed. I would like to have a small market on site. Still, living here feels safe. There are always families living in the complex.

Building and community is clean and friendly. The maintenance team and main office people are friendly and helpful with any questions/issues. I have lived here for 3.5 years and have had very few issues, and the ones i did have were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Staying here from last year. Accessibility to pittsnurgh downtown is good with public transportation. Play ground , public library ,School , shopping centers are nearby as well. .

Lease is confusing they'll charge you for fees and fines you aren't aware of , pest control and maintenance will constantly be letting themselves into your home with no/very short notice.

The community is clean and peaceful. I don’t like the pool restrictions at all. It like paying for a facility that under lock and key and the pool times are very inconvenient for a working adult who would want to relax after work

It was very good and the service is helpful. Would definitely recommend. The maintenance staff is really good and they fix my problems relatively quickly. I have never encountered any issues with Carriage park apartments. However the tennis courts and the basketball courts need a bit of an upgrade.

Great place to live :) It is close to all shops restaurants and also has got bus stop at the entrance. Best place and highly recommended to live.

Roaches are a big problem here, they do regular pest control but still we see roaches everywhere. Maintenance request were responded on time.
