The location is quiet, close to the mall plus highways!!
Living here is pleasant and quite and the staff is kind and professional.
For the most part anytime I've sent a request or called the office directly, the request gets taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
Leasing Agent was friendly and very informative about our rates and the floorplans.
My apartment is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, great location and maintenance issues are resolved quickly.
For the most part, there is peace and quite, day or night. It is a nice complex. Enjoyable!

Make a written request and it gets done within 12-24 hrs. based on day of the week.
I do like how that notices are sent out about trash and cleanliness . I believe it helps the property value . I know some tenants throw trash and leave it I try to help pick up after others as well to help keep our community looking good .
No know will ever pick up your call or call you back for that matter. On day of move in my apartment was not move in ready and bathrooms were disgusting. Don’t sign anything until you do a full inspection. I really had high expectations of the property because of the reviews. Don’t be fooled by their good reviews and don’t sign until you see yoke actual apartment. I wished I could up load picture to show how nasty my supposedly apartment ready was.
The customer service is great and they helped me throughout the whole process.
They respond in a timely manner most of the time..
I would recommend because it’s very safe and affordable and is effective for anyone rather single , family , and it is also pet friendly !

I was sold the moment I walked into the door of the leasing office. The property was immaculately kept, the staff was professional, friendly, and very engaging, and the unit that I chose meets ALL of my requirements in terms of size, privacy, location, security, and appearance.
Why I wouldn't is the dumpster is always over flowing and the company who picks the dumpster up doesn't pick everything so we have trash all over the place for days
This is a great convenient place with more understanding people within the area.
I would rent here because it felt like home when I walked in the apartment. I love the space and the features of the apartment.

I like the floor plan of the 3 bedroom and it is at a good price. It is a really quiet complex which I love. Parking is sometimes a challenge but not too bad. Dog friendly is a bonus

I would recommend. However, most of the appliances are very old. They need to be replaced with new ones.
So far its been great other than the constant thumping sounds from the above unit.
There are, hands down, more positive than negative things to say. I would love it if the apartment management brought some solutions to the table with regard to my wall color. Shortly after we moved in the apartment color scheme changed. That was fine with us, until we wanted some touch-ups in our apartment. We were told by the previous management team that the paint was no longer available. Therefore, we now have walls that have the imprints of living with children, and no way to remedy that. There was a certain maintenance crew member who, under the direction of the previous management team, gave us what may have been the previous color scheme for the wall. This maintenance crew member knocked on our door, delivered the paint, and when asked we asked him if the paint would work, his response was as follows: "It should work, but it doesn't that's your problem." Speechless.
Love the apartment complex, I just need things fixed right the not to keep putting a bandage on the problem.
Besides the slow maintenance completion, it's a nice community to live in.
I think it is a good complex I like living in the apartment complex and their is always room for improvement for the up keep and the trash that is sometime display around the apartment and people should care about the condition of their living quarters. Other than that no complains.
I love the convenience of the location to the school, shopping, washer and dryer included. Garages and amenities.
Response time was awesome. Both the leasing office agents, Sylvia, Kay & Kayla were responsive,professional and caring. Daniel,from maintenance responded quickly. He went over and above his assignment. I'm completely satisfied. They all are to be commended.

Too many residents don't respect the rules, they don't take their pets to designated areas, cars that are not functional sitting on the lot.

I've lived here twice and since 2015 the landscaping is not up to par. This area is nice and I feel that the landscape could reflect that.

I do love how quiet and clean the community is. I was however followed onto the property around 9pm, 2 weeks after moving in, not anyone's fault but scary. Had to leave and call the police, which did come immediately, that now is a major concern. Other than that, I do love my apartment home.

I loved this property. I lived here for almost 6 years. I really liked the way Cassi keeps up the property as in the Landscaping, Cleanliness of the Grounds, Painting of the stripes, and Handicapped spaces, Fire lanes RED ZONE areas, as well as the Buildings. The office is always clean and neat. Wonderful office staff will greet people as they come in. The Pool area is very well maintained and gas grill cooking area is great to bring food and cook it while your at the pool relaxing. I played several games of pool in the pool room and occasionally worked out in the work out room, TV's are everywhere. I also used the office to print paperwork as I needed it. I only had a couple of problems with my AC unit. It stopped working and they replaced the fan blower twice. It took only and hour to fix. I can't forget about the pest control. I had my apt sprayed only a coupled of times just to prevent any bugs from moving in with me. I never had a problem. When I turned in my notice to Miss Cassi (who I think is a joy to talk to), she was glad for me because I finally bought a house, and she cares and takes interest about each person who lives there. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to live in the Willowbrook Mall area.

Because it was very clean ans organized. The staff didn't seem over worked or tired. The models were staged nicely
The ladies at the front made moving in QUICK & EASY, and very professional. I can?t wait to get my keys to my new home.
I think that it is a very nice place to stay and there are some issues but not enough that I can't deal with. Grounds are always kept very nice and neat. The first office personnel is always very helpful.

Live here for 5 years and things have definitely gotten better over the past year. Request are completed quickly and the office was very helpful in getting my problem fixed.
My daughter's bike got stolen for the second time with a bike lock and chain along with my car. And the back gate continues to break which makes me uncomfortable sometimes.
