I’ve lived here now almost two years and I’m very happy. The staff is great! Jason is the best and the maintenance staff is awesome. Yes the apartments are a little outdated compared to other apartment complexes but for the price you can’t beat it. All in all no complaints just wish apartment was a little more updated.

Lived here 7yrs. Old mngmnt CARED. This new crew SUX! Have had issues w upstairs tenant for 3+yrs. The constant noise complaints over these yrs and the leasing office just stopped caring to fix it.. It's at a point where I've gone thru SEVERAL sets of Bluetooth devices shoved over my ears JUST to sleep! They. Don't. Care. Lots of marijuana odors throughout. The"security" gate has NEVER worked (it's always open). There's been assaults here since anyone can enter. Dog crap everywhere. Just don't!

Full of black mold, roaches, and a staff that does not care and is rude to its residents. When called about the mold they said it was dust until we continually had to say it wasn’t. Will be calling the health department and not renewing.

We signed our lease over month ahead of time. Moved in on the agreed upon date - carpet had just been cleaned and was soaking wet so we couldn't move in our stuff or even sit on the ground. Counters were tacking as the sealant that was applied hadn't cured yet and face plates not all installed because of this (near water!). Coaxil hook ups are painted over - but so is the carpet edges. Washer and dryer both filthy - nothing had been cleaned. Spoke to management about our concerns daily - they were always too busy to take care of but would look into it first thing in the morning. We probably should have asked which morning. Also every time we asked for an update we were told there is only one maintenance guy - although i have seen at least 3 riding around on golf carts - and that they have 5 new people moving in that day. 5 new tenants every day for 5 days - wow this place should be super busy. Tried to contact property management company Timberland Partners inc and their website is down. How convenient.
This place is absolute garbage. For the price you pay, you live too far away from all the attractions and the city of Orlando. There are people running around outside at all hours of the night slamming doors and being loud. I've complained to the office several times about my neighbors noise at 1 and 2am and they haven't done anything about it. They tell me to call the police. I'm pretty sure the police aren't going to come out quickly and deal with a noise complaint. They used to have a courtesy officer who would deal with this stuff. No longer. I've had it. Thank goodness my lease is up and I can move.
They have a roach infestation the front office they’re absolutely rude irresponsible this place is becoming hey section 8 ghetto three years ago Shots were fired it’s unsafe for kids people drive crazy in the parking lot their maintenance absolutely sucks a Watermain broke and still hasn’t been fixed gates remain open so anybody can drive in here if your lease is upThey do anything and everything in their power to make your life a living hell they Raise ran nonstop
We moved in a little over two month's ago & are very pleased with how the property is ran. The grounds are very clean, neighbors are nice, and the events the office staff holds every month are a lot of fun! I feel bad for the other people who had bad experiences a few years ago because the staff that they have now are fantastic & the gates actually do work! I've only needed Maintenance one time & they came literally 15 minutes after I called the office. The gentleman that came was super nice & friendly; very trustworthy to have around my family. I have already recommended this place to my co-workers at Disney & what's cool is, I get a $500 rent credit if I can get other people to move in! Move in here, you won't be disappointed! (:
only leaving 1 star because I can't leave none ! more like the roach motel at 4 corners ! no matter how much you spray , lay traps , etc ... you can't get rid of the roaches ! NOT GOOD !!! Maintenance is horrible , don't plan on anything getting fixed at all ! and the noise ordinance is not enforced ! paper thin walls , dirty windows and ill fitting screens , mold , yes mold ! office staff not hitting on a whole lot either ( after you move in ! ) Good Luck !!
Horrible place filled with shady business practices. When we moved out we were told by an employee in the front office not to worry about our carpet because the apartment was to be renovated. We lived there for 3 years and another company had bought the property since we moved in....We Paid a pet deposit, a monthly pet fee for 3 years and they want to charge $1,128 to replace the carpet due to "pet damage". Really because it feels like you want to renovate the apartment on my dime... Don't bother moving in. The dumpsters are always over flowing on the weekends and the office has no clue what's going on. The apartment flooded all the time from the above apartment a/c, we would wake up and the carpet would be soggy.. Once water was pouring from the smoke alarms as they were going off.. Same a/c leak.. There are kids running around everywhere unsupervised. I've almost hit kids just playing in the street. I complained once and the office said they could not do anything...Also the person who told me not to worry about the carpet "no longer works there." I will be fighting this. Completely unfair. Please don't bother moving in here...
The price might look attractive, but the reallity is other. The place got a roach infestation goin on since 2011 and today March 2016 still there. Security weak they won't respect any privacy I was sleeping on my day off and they get into my apartment to check some sealling issues without any previous notice or authorization. Besides that the office team are very rude and useless
I've been living in this place long enough to not recommend this place. Rent it's different every month on top of that there are hiding fees. I report some black spot on my bathroom ceiling 2 times and they just spray something that's smells like spray paint and it was not just black spot it was mold. The gate been broken for about 2 months and they haven't done anything. Pet fee super high. There's always problem with parking spot. When calling maintenance they don't answer and if they do it takes days to go to your apt an repartir what ever you report. If you are thinking about renting in this place think twice and read all the reviews about this place and you are going to notice there are a lot of bad reviews of this place that are true. The new management don't know what their doing. I can not wait to leave this place.
I am currently live in that community for almost six years and also a single mother with a daughter. As I am looking forward to gt a two bedroom and two bath. As I can't afford high rents.
I've been here for long enough now to realize that this complex is far from professional. I've dealt with maintenance requests going unanswered until I've had to bring out my lease agreement and threaten to not pay my rent. There are hidden fees with paying your rent each month, and to top things off the gate doesn't work properly. (I'm not sure what the reviewer before me is referring to, but the gate hasn't worked properly for at least 2 weeks.) Also with the gate you have to pay for more than two vehicle tags, no matter how many bedrooms your apartment has. There is always trash lying around the complex that no one seems to really care about. They have an outrageous pet fee that makes you think twice about them actually being pet friendly. The fitness center leaves something to be desired for a complex this size. Overall I would not recommend this complex to anyone. It might appear that you're saving a few bucks, but you're better off to go somewhere else and not have to deal with the headaches of this complex. I don't intend to renew my lease when it is up.
Seeing this place now compared to a few years ago is a vast improvement. The new management company has improved it 100 times better then it was. The have put a lot of money into the property and reinvegorated it. The staff is helpful and will take care of you however they need. I realize they have a lot to still fix but they are getting it there.
I've lived here for over 2 years and love it. Staff is friendly, amenities are always clean, gate actually works (unlike most complexes I've lived in), and they are constantly maintaining the look of the apartment complex with new paint, trees, etc. I haven't had a problem yet!
We all love it, has everything we need and want. Has a great pool and club house, even a beach volleyball court. Play ground for kids.
