You Get Your Money's Worth!!
This is the place you're looking for!! I have lived here for 18 months now and I can confidently say that this complex and the staff managing it are top quality! Facilities are always managed and clean. Pets are welcomed!! Problems/issues are handled efficiently and swiftly and progress is always being made! It’s a great place for families and those looking for something that feels like home. Fun events and chances to win amazing prizes pop up throughout the year and creates a fun and interactive community you’re happy to be apart of! It's a place I recommend to everyone I meet!!

Hidden gem in busy area
Clean and quiet. It feels tucked away, but it’s right in the middle of everything you need. The office staff is always nice and helpful when I need something.

Great place to live!
Great staff and wonderful team. They are responsive to all maintenance calls and e-mail/texts. They remember all of our names every time they see us. The environment is safe and clean with great amenities. Plenty of activities throughout the year and during the holidays with great prizes. They spare no expense. It’s a great place to live!

Amazing Place To Call Home
I have lived here for over 4 years in 2 different units (3 bedroom & 2 bedroom) and this place is wonderful. From the upkeep of property to the outstanding employees, this place deserves more than 5 Stars. If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend you checking this place out. Did my headline catch your attention?.... I have hands down had to be experience living here since I moved in in Feb 20. The staff, are EXCELLENT. the day I walked in I was showered with top notch service. I have lived in plenty of apartments before but this was on another level. Well worth the money and more I paid in rent! I love my choice and so will you!

I have lived at Carrington Park Apartments for 5 years now. I love it here. The office staff and maintenance men are all very pleasant and always willing to help. I never have to wait for service. They immediately answer their work orders. I would highly recommend renting an apartment here

Great place to call home
I am going on my third year of living here tomorrow. Everyone is super friendly. The staff is quick to help with any issues. Maintenance issues have always been addressed quickly. I love that is it a smaller complex with TONS of amenities!

Too many pitbulls!
I cannot begin to comprehend how this property can allow all these vicious pitbulls. Especially considering how many children and smaller dog breeds there are around. I'm simply stunned at how these vicious breeds are openly allowed here.

Getting what I wanted.
Ms. Diane, Becca and the Staff were very helpful and patiently accommodating my request for a bigger apartment within my One Year Anniversary living on the property. Today, was a Awesome day and news in getting me my Dream and Bigger Apartment. I couldnt be more happier in knowing that they care and with the extra mile in transferring my exisiting lease into a newer lease. Easy move.

Very satisfied with my apartment.
I've lived in apartments before and Carrington Park is at the top of where I have lived. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is very helpful. Maintenance has been quick to attend to any needs I have had, which were very minor. I feel completely safe as my wife and I take nightly walks not just in the apartment complex, but in the neighborhood in general. The amenities are super with car washes, dog washes, dog park, and children's playground which my Grandson loves. There is plenty of parking available and the location is convenient to some of my favorite places..... like DQ, Sonic, Kroger and of McDonalds. I almost forgot, that free cookie Friday is one of my favorites. I highly recommend Carrington Park for young families or retired families like my wife and I. D.U.

Great place to live!!
I love it here!! It is a little on the pricey side, but it is WORTH IT. There are so many perks living here--you can sign up for a free massage every month. They have free car washes, free cookie Friday--who doesn't like free cookie Friday?! Yoga classes, great pool, gym, car/pet wash, playground, pet areas, among others!! I feel like a friend when I call the office, or go up to pick up a package. I feel safe here. I can walk to the grocery store, which is great! it's close to shopping, the interstate, and plenty of restaurants!! I just really can't say enough great things about it here. You should definitely live here if you have the chance!!

Good Location & Quality Staff
Carrington Park is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the movie theater. It's also close to the interstate for easy on/off access for short drive to Nashville. The apartment has many amenities including a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs, dining tables, and a gas grill; several charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the complex; a fitness room; tennis and basketball courts; a place to wash your car; and many other perks! The buildings are maintained, and the maintenance crew is quick to respond to anything needed. The office staff are really friendly and make an effort to know you by name. The other tenants are friendly as well.

I love the fact that I am only 5-10 minutes from two malls, numerous restaurants and my gym. 3 minutes and I'm on Interstate 24. My apartment has felt like home since the first week that I moved in. I'm a recent widow and I have felt totally safe in my surroundings with the well-lit parking area and stairways and city policeman who also live here. The office staff treat all of the residents like family and they quickly learn your name and apartment number. Maintenance calls are responded to quickly with follow-up calls to make sure you are satisfied, Free monthly yoga classes and massages are offered along with free car washes every week. Amenities include a pool, fitness room, laundry room, volleyball and tennis courts and playground. The buildings are very attractive and landscaping is beautifully maintained and I am proud to call my apartment home!

I looked at quite a few apartments in Murfreesboro and Carington Park was by far the nicest. The customer service was far and away the best I encountered! The location is so close to shops, restaurants and just about anything you need for services. Since moving in I have yet to be disappointed. The extras are amazing from free car wash once a week to free 30 minute massage once a month. They also plan resident events and of course the floor plans and interiors are the best I found and I don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon. Come enjoy this awesome property!

Best place ever!!
Wonderful environment, friendly staff, and neighbors. Carrington has a pool that is clean and relaxing. A great gym, place to wash clothes. There is a dog park, playground and a place to wash your car and pet. They have free carwashes, cookies , yoga and so much more. I have never rented an apartment and Carrington is the perfect place for my first experience. Just overall wonderful place to live.

LUXURY AT ITS FINEST
The apartments at Carrington Park are everything you could hope for, from the gorgeous pool , state of the art gym, to even a massage chair! The apartment homes are super spacious inside and make you feel pampered as they have updated everything, and so much closet space. The have two separate entry / exit ways in and out of the complex, which make it so convenient. The nearby shopping is all very ideal as you wont have to travel far to get all your taste buds satisfied, as well as grocery stores. I highly recommend the apartments, for long term as well as short term.
