Haven’t moved in yet but gotta say so far liking how everything went. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jazz. She was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had with a smile. The pricing is affordable as well.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful. My apartment is on the second floor with trees cascading in front of my living room window and deck. This renovated apartment is perfect for what I need at the moment. The amenities are on point. My neighbors are respectful and quiet. The staff has always been accommodating, professional, and friendly. No apartment complex is perfect but this one comes real close. P.Gordon

This community is very quiet and clean. The apartments are very spacious and it has up to date appliance. The office staff is very friendly and they always make you feel like you are apart of their community. This a great place for you and your family to live in if you are in the Jonesboro area. I love Carrington Park.

The process was great at the beginning but guess they wanted that application fee payment. I was told lies about how everything was perfect and they would work with me but come to find out I wasn't even qualified which definitely is a lie. All they really wanted was the $60 application fee just to get some money. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anybody. SAVE THE HEADACHE. I told her my and how I wanted to wait a month since I just switched jobs and she Janet insured me multiple times that it was okay. It's really upsetting and a waste of time. I should've went at my own pace and waited until I had all my documents in order. Don't let their reassurance fool you. I ended up with a better apartment with larger space for the same price. That's how I know I'm qualified. I dodged a bullet.

Great customer service from the company especially from miss Janay and Janet. The grounds was very beautiful and clean. I can tell they care. I didn't know these apartments were here but I'm happy i found it!

Jessica was so nice and generous to us after our stay at the time we didn’t have a vehicle to go see the apartment since it was in the back and she used her own personal car and took us in the back and she seen it was about to rain and she let us stay in. She was super nice and even gave us directions to the local publix. Love the apartments spacious and rent is affordable and love the newly renovated look can’t wait to renew my lease!!!!

I have been here a year and cant wait to get out of here!!! They don't come and fix anything they don't make sure pet control comes every 3 months the gate is always broke!! When u go ask for them to do things at the office they are rude and most of the time forget to put in your work order! The trash area is always a mess! Moving here was a big mistake I wish I could have got out of it before my year was up!!!

The community is great so far and I love my apartment, but the management is horrible. They are lazy and when you need something done in your apartment they’ll say they put an order in, but sometimes they don’t. No one should have to keep calling in order to get things done. Sometimes the gate breaks and it could be weeks before its fix, and also the when trash compactor breaks trash pile up and isn’t fixed in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for the management I would give these apartments a 5 star.

I have been at Carrington Park for almost a year now, and recently went on to write a review as the reviews here arr not at all the experience i recieve. This is not my 1st gated community. Everyone i have lived at the gate has an issue, that is not on the management, i feel its the residents job not to tailgate and break the gate. If the gate is out, its always back up the very quickly. I've seen it repaired and the next day someone will break it. Sad but true. Someone stated all the office staff do is sit on there butts and never get up. I have personally seen the office staff and maintenance outside picking up the trash after someone threw in a large couch, (There's a large sign that says no large furniture). I love my community, the landscaping is beautiful, my apartment is very spacious and its quiet here. I think the office staff is nice especially Janet although all the ladies are great. Janet moved me in so i tend to work with her she is always there to assist with any questions, maintenace request, and my move in went very smoothly. I will be renewing soon and plan on being here until i buy a home.

I can say the whole time throughout the leasing process they were all nice, and everything thing turned out good, Janet Jessica were the only two names I remembered but everyone in the office was very nice and had great customer service skills !

I went in this morning today my rent and I must say that the office representative Jessica was outstanding! Her customer service is amazing anytime I am in the office!

When I decided to move to Carrington, I was so excited. I drove to the front entrance of the property and saw the biggest trash over flow AT THE ENTRANCE GATE!! I am so embarrassed that I chose this place to live. You know...its a shame that management seem to not care! They all are sitting on they're behinds all day doing what??? Have they noticed the trash? Irs something I'm sure they could do, like build a bigger and more discrete trash disposal...oh and put it in the back! And fix the gate!! And fix up the landscape!!! I will not be embarrassed I will not only complain to management but Im writing letters to corporate as well.

I moved here 4 month ago and yes like others said before....do not move here. The staff is bad especially Janet or whatever her name is. My apt is terrible. Did not have new carpet the cabinets are old paint coming off, old a.c.. complained several times. Buildings need pressure washing the gate is always broken and trash always overflowing at the front entrance. Go somewhere else!!

March 8, 2017 Me and my husband are residents at Carrington park for the past two years , and enjoy living here .The staff and maintence people are very courteous and the landscape is nice,the floor plans are wonderful. whenever there's a maintence problem the staff jump on it quick and solve it. There are variety of things to such as a swimming pool , execise rec room , tennis court and a car wash area.You also can play bingo with a chance to win money off your rent that month. This is a great place to reside and at great price for the quality they have to offer.

Really good community and staff love living here. Clean rooms and great place to raise kids.

This community was great for the first year, but after a change in management everything has been downhill. Maintenance calls are delayed (weeks or they don't show at all). Our gate is always broken, and the grounds are not what they used to be. As for the units go they are great. It's very spacious and up to date for the price. With the right management these apartments good be top tier.

Hi im currently living in Jonesboro ga i rent a two bedroom apartment Name Carrington Park i give the complex 5 stars they layout is perfect huge foorplans island kitchen walkin closet so big that ive turn it into my office it fit two desks chair and computer.two full bathrooms two huge garden tub nice patio space the leasing agent are friendy maintenance quick to response to work orders gated comunity nice gym and business for the residents convenient to shopping areas as well overall best
