I absolutely love my gorgeous apartment!! I have been in my apartment for 2.5wks, and so far I am very happy with my choice to live here. It’s a nice, quiet, safe place to live with luxury finishes, clean-edged design and spacious floor plans with fantastic views in a location that can’t be beat! Carroll at Bellemeade is beautifully maintained and by far the most welcoming and upgraded community in the area! The apartments have great amenities and pretty much everything that one could want in a community. The office and maintenance staffs are super-friendly and responsive. With that being said, I have to brag about my remarkable experience with Marcy, who was exceptional in guiding me through the leasing process from beginning to end. It was such a joy to work with her! She was always professional, courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. Having her here is a great asset to this community because she’s personable, patient, extremely knowledgeable about the market and very thorough. A straight shooter that uses a white glove in her approach and transparency in her responses to any questions that one has, from the application process and its terms to available options best suited for one’s needs. Moving is a dreadful feat but she made my leasing experience very exciting, smooth and painless. Ask for Marcy, she definitely executes exemplary customer/resident service in getting things done timely; she’s the absolute best!! Lastly, as an airline employee relocated from NY, the following was uber-important: convenient 15min. drive to the airport, to be centrally located and within walking distance to everything (restaurants, quick bites, boutiques, an organic market, etc.). This is a very nice property and our contact with the leasing office has been nothing but helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend the Carroll at Bellemeade community to anyone looking for an elevated lifestyle with phenomenal staff, great views and all the conveniences in a great location. ~A happy camper??

The building is nice quality & it sounds cool to live in a new apartment but staff couldn’t give direct answers on basic questions like parking cost. I would live here I just don’t trust the people in the office to have my best interest. When I return to NC i will look at other downtown options

My experience has been positive. I couldn't have found a better apartment. I was one of the first to move in since they open. Once we made it through construction its been good. Its worth the wait. My apartment is nice, its have updated appliances. Its luxury and cozy. Everyone in the leasing office have been accommodating. Parker, the assistant manager has been nothing but nice. He so pleasant and willing to help. I appreciate Clarissa, property manager she is always helpful. Shes well informed and work hard to make this a great place to live.

I was relocating for work, and did not have time to see any apartments in person, and did not know the area. I contacted Candace in the leasing staff. Within minutes, she FaceTimed me, and took me on a live virtual tour of the apartment I would be renting. She absolutely went out of her way to make me feel welcome, and to make this new place feel like home. Additionally, all of the staff, both leasing and maintenance is excellent, helpful, and resolved any minor issues I had within minutes. The apartments are gorgeous, upscale, and in a spectacular location.

Carissa the property manager had horrible communication, and gave us false prices. Also didn't follow the protocol which was listed online. Put us on a waitlist instead of allowing us to sign our lease. Very unprofessional and had to contact corporate to discuss the matter. Parker the leasing agent also was unaware and inconsiderate of our situation. Was told prices would change after we signed months ago. DONT STAY HERE unless u want false prices!
