These apartments are a great way to save for your new house. Good location. Abigail and Bethany have done a Great job, since taking over a mess in 2023. They have done their best with helping and meeting our needs. Check them out!!

Applied for Apartment 2 weeks ago and even emailed Property manager and still no status update on applications

This complex has great staff that works in the office and they are so responsive. I would definitely recommend living here and the school district is great too!

I applied for this apartment complex 2 and a half weeks ago and still haven’t heard a decision on my application. I have called multiple times a week and have been told that their manager has to review my application further. I have never had to go through so much just to apply for a apartment. I highly don’t recommend this complex! They will take your money for the application fee and give you the run around on if your being approved or not. Don’t do it!

I’ve had such a great experience. Everyone that I’ve encountered has been so pleasant and helpful. I moved here for the school district but I will be staying because of the wonder office staff, great neighbors and my beautiful apartment.

I have loved being at Carrollton Village so far! The Bethany and Abigail in the office have been super helpful and maintenance responds quickly. There is a ton of space to walk my dog around too!

I am a current tenant...units are old and outdated. Be prepared for your utilities to go up as the units are drafty....not energy efficient AT ALL....I spent 2 months in the summer with no working air.....recently spent 10 with no hot water. Water damage from leaks..... incompetent management and staff.... everyone blames others for why problems aren't being addressed. I could go on and on....all I can say that it is not worth the $$$$.... You can get a much better place for the same or a little bit more money in a nicer area.... BEWARE

I am 1 of 3 that have recently moved out from the same building on the townhouse side. Things are not replaced and barely get fixed, you will not receive any communication from office staff, they will actually turn off the emergency line to prevent being contacted over the weekend and maintenance is a joke. Things were bad when they were under Carrollton Village and to the residents there was no way it could get worse....WRONG! Broad Management is a disgrace.

Carrollton Village Apartments has been an awesome place for me and my family. The apartments are very spacious and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and the office staff are always super nice and helpful. I have lived here for 5 years and have no desire to move. If you are in the market for an apartment you should really check this place out. They are right in the heart of Bridgeton.

The office staff are extremely unprofessional and can careless about the needs of the tenants, their telephone manners are horrible and cold. Routine courtesy is foreign to them and all they care for is a check every 2 weeks. When you report maintenance issue, you literally have to beg and it will still take over 24 hours before the work gets done, and its usually a shoddy job. Infestation with roaches and squirrels in the attics is the norm. Heating and cooling bills are outrageous because of poor old fashioned insulation. Please do not be hoodwinked by outside appearance and the location to move in because you will regret big time. Run, Run, Run! They are not worth a dime out of your pocket!
