Property Ratings at Copperstone Apartments
I have been here for almost a year. The new owners are on point and they even have a lot attendant that cleans the grounds almost on a daily basis. Shout out to BAS !!
After the first month of living there I had bedbugs. Was charged to have the maintenance man come out with bug spray once a week for the next 4 weeks. I discovered through the same maintenance man that the above apartment was infested. I told management they needed to go around and figure out who brought these things in and was told “we can’t start a witch hunt”... here it is a year and 2 months into my 2year lease and they still come back. They know they have a problem but won’t fix it and will instead charge you for them just to domino effect through the complex until they come right back to you. Other things are parking is horrendous good luck finding a spot after 9pm. The secured building is a joke they won’t fix the intercom system or the button that should unlock the door from your apartment so you have to make a mad dash to try to catch deliveries. The front doors of the apartment are not sound proof in the slightest. I can literally hear someone whispering in the hallway from my couch. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The manager is always busy and won’t talk on the phone unless you demand it. The one thing they are good about is the maintenance seems super responsive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always looking for ways to improve, and I will relay the feedback provided to the team. Bed bugs are an especially frustrating as people bring them into the property without realizing which then spreads. Unfortunately we have no way of detecting where the issue originated from. We do not let this go untreated or turn a blind eye, but the reality of this pest is they spread like wildfire and are increasingly hard to eradicate and 100% prevent.
