Cary Pines Apartments

Takes weeks/months for a maintenance request to be resolved…. No communication either. Everything is old a falling apart yet pricing is just as expensive as the newer townhomes. Uncontrollable amounts of roaches and mosquitos .

Cary Pines is a quiet place. The view I have is pleasant, especially during the spring and fall. The grass here could use a little help, but all in all...Its very nice.

The service is not that good, a while ago there was a flood in my apartment because the water heater has a leek and they never responded for the damages or repairs.

The leasing office agents were so so kind and very accommodating. We were able to secure our new home in no time! Everyone in the community seems very personable!

Counting down the days until we move! This property has not been renovated properly, poor management & maintenance issues daily, & it’s infested with BUGS!! RUN!! You’ve been warned.

Just moved here , it’s been quiet and peaceful. Everyone is friendly the leasing staff is great.There’s A lot stores and easy to access transportation if you need it, it’s a great place to live.

I've been a renter for 12 years and I have never experienced anything like the 8 weeks of hell I've suffered at this terrible place. The place was FILTHY when we moved in and they claimed to send cleaners twice but both teams we saw now impact beyond vacuum tracks in the carpets. On night 1, we discovered 5 roaches and realized there were many more. In week 2, we saw a mouse in the kitchen sink that was looking for food in an empty sink. We have since caught 6 mice and the front office doesn't even call the exterminator when we ask. First, the exterminators can only come on Wednesdays (how OUTRAGEOUS is that!?), second, the front office has to put us on the list for the exterminators to actually come and the front office has forgotten to do so 4 out of the 8 times we've asked. So if they can't clean an apartment, or set up a proper solution for horrific living conditions, what good are they for? Cary Pines is the worst place a human being could live

Cary Pines has been a great community to call home for the last 4 years & I look forward to many more! Clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants, warm & friendly, nice amenities and great maintenance and office staff!

very good place to live without disturbances and good neighbors and also has many stores nearby to do the errand, 100% recommended Cary pine is the best option

Pretty good apartment complex. Had a minor rodent issue when I moved in, but the staff quickly took care of it. I enjoy it here. Close to Aldi too which is nice

I have only been here for two days, however the neighbors are lovely. My apartment looked fantastic when I moved besides the normal things here and there. My puppy loves being able to walk around to shops in the near area with me. Absolutely love this place.

I've really enjoyed my home at Cary Pines. Quiet community and beautiful living space. I would recommend if looking to live in the Cary area.

The experience was very good and the place was good and all the people were very kind and good. The maintenance is excellent and the place is quiet and wonderful to live.

Haven’t lived here too long, but the people and the atmosphere are amazing, I have no complaints. The ladies in the leasing office are absolutely lovely.

I do enjoy living here. I’m close to everything and also work. The staff has been great at meeting my needs when I call the office. I’m heading into my 3rd year and hope things will only get better.

Such a welcoming community and amazing team behind Cary Pines. I love the location - very safe and tucked away but also close enough to everything Cary offers. I love my apartment so far. No issues with pests and any issues with maintenance are addressed so quickly and with kindness.

I absolutely love the staff they are so nice and helpful. Tickets for issues get resolved rather quickly and they really try to connect with the residents on monthly basis with special treats and surprises. The community is Kid and pet friendly. Things to do for all ages. They try their best to correct the negative behaviors of tenants and offset with a positive thank you to those doing what is right. Plenty of amenities. Wish the prices would come down but inflation is everywhere.

I have live here over 10 years and I still love it! The location is perfect and my home suits all my needs! It’s in the heart of Cary and a stone’s throw from all that the Triangle offers!

A nice and quiet place to live. Management is always eager to help with any issues that may arise. The individuals that come to repair and fix things that break or need repairs are curtious and knowledgeable, and always seem to have the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Amenities are nice and well kept and are a nice draw to living here.

I have very much enjoyed living here since April. It's quiet, the rental office and service folks respond in reasonable amounts of time and I like the location as it it close to many things.

I just moved into a classic unit. The front desk ladies and community are great so far. The only thing I've noticed is bugs. Great location!

I have had an amazing experience with Cary Pines. I really like how they do things in the community like pizza parties, potlucks, and relaxing rock painting!

Living here at Cary Pines for the last 4 years has been a pleasure experience in many ways. The community is quiet, the staff are great and the maintenance crew is fantastic.

so far it’s been great! the apartments are nice and the area is amazing! there’s everything you need either in a walkable distance or very short driving distance. it’s amazing!

Reasonably had problems with air conditioning. Maintenance and management team here are incredible. The problem was fixed and did it very timely...And all I can say is I'm very comfortable in this horrible.

It’s a great neighborhood, only thing I don’t like is there is not a lot of storage space and bugs. You get put on pest control list just for pest control not show up.

The area is absolutely beautiful and everyone is extremely friendly. I just moved here from Minnesota but I already feels like this is home with how nice everyone is.

Loving this place. It's so nice to see services that clean the outside of the homes as well as the porches and stairs. It gave me incentives to establish a sitting area with plants. Very nice place to reside in. Thank you!

Had a few hiccups along the way with apartment not ready at move in but staff did try to make things right. For the most part they are on top of maintenance orders. Everyone is nice and has activities for residents.

My new apartment quickly became a cozy home. The layout of the apartment feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the staff is really helpful.

The entire leasing staff was super helpful and made it super easy to complete all the documentation for leasing. Also, Britney and Renee made the transition very easy to move in!

Moving is never easy but the team here made it a smooth transition. The apartment is great! The neighborhood is quiet and Cary is a beautiful place to live.

Love my new apartment. The only issues I’ve had was a lot of plumbing issues so early in my stay here. I pay a lot in rent for my tub to not drain properly or my toilet to get clogged every week.

I’ve lived here for almost 4 yrs with ups and downs, but mostly good. Community living is never always smooth but I’ve had a relatively positive experience overall in this apartment community.

This complex is located in a nice part of Cary, close to stores and restaurants. The complex and apartments looks good but here are a few things to know. Yes there is a small pest problem. Water and sewer bill is one big bill divided evenly among all residents, therefore one person in the apartment pays the same amount as an apartment with five people. I have been billed as high as $230 a month for just me. Swimming pool was open one month over the Summer. Yes I have been double billed for Pest control. Do I recommend this apartment, depends on what you are looking for. I have been here since April, my plan was to live for a while. However, no I will not be renewing my lease. Good Luck.

I've lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed my time here. The staff is very helpful whenever any issues comes up and they are super friendly. Its also a beautiful area with pine trees all around. My neighbors are very friendly as well. If you are considering moving here, don't second guess. You are welcome here!

Rent has been an issue from the start. I have walked to the office handed checks over, set up automatic payment online; neither have worked. I have the amount of money in my account and expect it to come out of my check on the specific date. Nope. The company doesn’t take it out of my account until the second week of the month after the due date. This is on going and is not being resolved. I’m being told I have to still walk up and hand over checks (which I don’t see how that’s going to make a difference). Also, when I put my deposit down before touring my specific apartment. My apartment number was switched around 3 times and never got the washer and dryer I had planned for. The hook ups for the washer and dryer are not even in the apartment. Which would’ve been nice to know before I put a deposit down on this rental. If I knew these issues were going to continue, I would’ve never put a down payment.

I just relocated to the Cary area, and needed an apartment. After reading other positive tenant reviews and driving by to get a general feel, Cary Pines made my short list. But after visiting the leasing office and talking with the professional and friendly staff, I knew this was the place for me. I have now been a tenant for nine days, and do not regret my decision to rent here. So far, I have had zero problems. I pointed out a couple of minor issues (a missing door stop and a creaking door), and the maintenance staff came out almost immediatley (within a couple of days) to fix these issues. So yes, I am happy to give five stars!

Charged for everything. Management doesn't respond to questions. Maintenance is lazy and if they cannot reach trash from their golf cart they don't pick it up. One maintenance guy actually threw a box that was on the sidewalk into woods in front of my apartment and now rats live under it. There is a problem with rats, roaches, and bed bugs here. They are charging high rent for shoddy renovated apartments. Gas leaks, water leaks, bugs, electrical problems, mold, asbestos has never been addressed. You can't slap a band aid on a gaping wound.

Cary Pines so far had been a great place to live. At the beginning I did have a few issues with the cleaness of the apartment when I first moved in however the issues were fixed. The on-site team Brandon and Courtney are very responsive and informative. I greatly appreciate that.

Very professional, prompt and polite staff. I have never had an issue. In fact when Ive been in a bind over time because I am very busy they always work with me. 10/10 would recommend
