I really love this place! Is clean very quiet and the staff is always friendly specially Cindy. Cindy , always has a great personality and helps with what we need in damage or questions apt the apt.

Must be honest I enjoyed living here at 1st, but the last couple of years have not been good. Terrible maintenance(have to call them multiple times and they will rig the problem not fix) I pay for parking(the price I pay other properties would give you a garage) $50 is way too much, and I have had people just park in my space leaving me no where to park. What use to be a very clean property now has people with giant holes in there fences and abandoned cars. Management really needs to enforce property rules things are looking bad.

It's not perfect, but has some great qualities. Spacious, stylish, affordable. However, parking is horrendous and several vehicles have been vandalized because of it... Including mine! Maintenance is a joke, so hope nothing needs repair.

If you like security then you're at the right place. This apartment complex has 24 hrs. security for the tenants, security camera at both entrance of the gates (need access code) to enter. Security not only walk the property but lived on the property as well. Well lighted, with covered parking for tenants and visitors. Trash pickup done daily, loud music is not allowed at all from tenants and visitors as well. Nice well kept pool on both side of the complex South side and North side, washateria opened 24 hrs for tenants and visitors and kept well maintained. Once you visit and tour the property you realize that this is the place for me.

I have been leaving in my apartment since 2010, presently I pay 850 which is not bad compare to other apartment. There are malls, stores around the area. The apartment services rendered by the staff are very cordial, the staff and manager are polite and they respond quickly to your problem even on weekends. The environment is clean, there is 24hrs security watch,and it has clean pools in every area of the apartment.The organization are very informative as to things happening around and stay on top of security correspondence on the well being of the neighbors. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

My apartment complex is in a great area with all the places you could ever think of, for instant it is on two bus lines, near two grocery stores, banks, cleaners, and several fast food places along with Fitness gyms and good restaurants too. There are three schools in this area as well, two Elementary and one High School that is near a Post Office and Police Station as well. Beside having a Washateria on site that is opened 24 hrs to its tenants, they also have washer/dryer connection too. The pool and common areas are monitor with a 24 hrs security guard on site at all times. Once you tour this complex you'll realize that this is home.
