Villa Louisa Apartments
We love our apartment at Villa Louisa! The rent is affordable for the area, we have an air conditioner, dishwasher and an assigned parking space. Our neighbors are all respectful and friendly, and our property manager (Mark) is very attentive and takes care of any problems we encounter right away. We also love that this property is within walking distance to local restaurants and nightlife, yet far enough where our complex is still quiet at night. It is also a cat friendly property, so almost everyone in this complex has a cat, however this is not a dog friendly property. The complex is gated, and there are washers and dryers located onsite at fairly decent prices. If an apartment is available, I would highly recommend applying here, as there are not too many apartments in the area that are as nice as these are, at such an affordable rate.
