I lived at this apt complex for 15 years. Very well maintained. Maintenance always prompt and completed and manager Sandy very helpful! I felt very safe here and would definitely recommend!

I just moved into Casa De Paz about 2 months ago. From what I’ve experienced I can definitely say this is the pace for me! The apartments are clean well maintained and if you ever have a maintenance problem it is fixed within 48hours. The property is so clean and maintained. Our complex is quiet and friendly, we don’t have a lot of traffic through. The manager is so nice and always wiling to lend a helping hand. One other thing I love is how illuminated out complex is at night, being I’m a female this makes me feel safe. The parking is also convenient. This is definitely HOME.
Caza De Paz is a great place to live. I've lived here for 2 years .........and am still impressed by the way management is regularly maintaining and upgrading the property.......the pool is always clean and sparking , the grounds are cleaned daily , the landscape is groomed weekly , we got new bbq installed the year...... the property was just painted , parking lot resurfaced, new beautiful red wood fence just installed...........on top of my apartment working like a charm .......all electrical, plumbing and heating and air work to my delight.................What more can i say...........its been a delight to live in a community like this ........almost forgot to mention the neighbors are nice and feed me regularly .

I have lived here in Casa De Paz Apartments for 2 years. I have to say even though there has been a slight increase in rent due to the cost of living, it is well worth it to live in an apartment complex that is ran so efficiently and kept to high standards. This apartment building is always neat, clean, and orderly. Residents are always informed of any changes or improvements necessary in a timely fashion. I appreciate that we have adequate privacy and a safe atmosphere to live in and the manager Sandy has always resolved any repairs I have had quickly and properly. The manager is very efficient and attentive to the residents and property. I would like to say thank you with high regards to the manager and owner of Casa De Paz for meeting the high standards that all apartments should have. I feel safe and secure and highly recommend these apartments for all the above reasons.
Lived here for several years. Not long ago, new manager took over. Specializes in making "surface changes" that have nothing to do with the quality of living for the residents, but uses it as an excuse to increase rent. Apartments too old, too small and if they aren't going to increase the quality of living, not worth the rent they're asking. Example: just had to have my dishwasher replaced as the old one broke and was not repairable...was replaced with a used dishwasher from another apartment that was missing more than a dozen of the pins in the rack...as in broken off. Really??? Oh, and the manager freely violates rules that she STRICTLY enforces for everyone else...hypocrite!!! This is NOT a place to call home.
