Casa Del Mar

Been here for 4 years constant water shut offs. Went from good to medium now worst poor water pressure and dirty rusted water .Hot water gets cut off every other day for years. My mailbox got broken into in Sept. still is broken i lost my medical insurance. Due to not getting my mail plenty more issues I have documented .Management no where to be found. Im living in pure Hell.

This apartment complex has changed for the better due to new management. We have security guards 24/7, 365. It's not the best apartments, but it's also not the worse. If you are new to Houston or just looking for your first apartment, Casa del Mar is the place to be. It's affordable and located on a major street. Everything is either in walking distance or you can ride the bus. I would suggest that no one lives by the back gate. It's a lot of traffic and a lot of homeless individuals due to the gas station being right next door.

Today I came to look for a apartment and I was greeted with very good customer service. I met the manager Rebecca and she was very help full and she showed me a 2x2 town home I was very happy with the service and I think I will come back to lease a unit. Anyone looking for a apt come visit Casa del Mar they are having two months free.

They always go the extra mile to assist tenants even when they are overwhelmed. Ms Deniece rocks.

I have lived at Casa Del Mar for almost a year and I really like it. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’m not giving them no stars at all. Poor customer service, rude and don’t fix anything. This month I will be moving and not re-newing my lease. This was my first apartment and had the worst experience ever. It’s roach invested, mole, and the water is brown and the sewer is always backed up. It takes them weeks or after u pay your rent in full to come fix stuff in your apartment. It’s not worth moving here. They will say anything to get u to move in the apartments & after u move in they treat u messed up. The things that was wrong in my apartment they never fix. Example: my apartment doesn’t get cold in the bedroom, mole above my shower wall, my toilet wobbles when I sit on it, my window got broke and it took them a month to fix it ( after I paid my rent ), my bedroom ceiling was leaking and had holes in it. The washing facility is dirty and nasty. You don’t know what washer or dryer work or don’t work. If u call and report something they seem like they don’t care. The security guard doesn’t do his job or monitor the apartments like he should. I feel unsafe and the police/ambulance is always in the apartments. And since my lease up at the end of this month they trying to come and fix things in my apartment and trying to convince me to stay or cut me a deal.

Great new management team. Maria and her staff are wonderful and helpful and professional. I was going to leave but when she arrived that all changed

Staff is very attentive and fixes things fast. Renu is especially helpful. She takes the extra time to understand your problem and get it fixed.

Move here only if you HAVE too. Roaches, spiders, homeless people, security working with the drug dealers, it's a mess!

I have never wanted to leave so bad til o moved here. The leasing agents tells the maintenance to turn off lights and stuff when they want to. I know their not suppose to mess with that meter on that wall. They are beyond pathetic.

I have not had any major issues with this complex they have help me out since I have lived her for 2 year's,and as long as you communicate with them they will accommodate you.

11/16/17 I have lived here for the last 11 months and this place is a dump. Do your due diligence. I could go on and on but most recently after Harvey, after having visible mold I delivered a letter from my Dr and demanded my apartment be mold tested and I was evicted. Pull crime report and Harris County Pollution recent violation report. Both free to the public and you will be disgusted. There's a reason why they keep changing the apartment name. Don't take it from me, look at all other reviews. We can't all be wrong. If there was a way to verify, I would bet that the good reviews were posted by their staff

Terms of this site prohibits me to say what I would like to say. I will just sat think not twice but 4 times before you do it I just wish I would follow my gut feeling or asked a resident or two about this place Not sure what else to say

Just visited the property and there were at least 4 different tenants complaining about simple maintenance requests that hadn't been handled in over a week and random fees owed that couldn't be explained!! They are under new management, and are overwhelmed with the issues previous management left behind. But the negative attitude, disrespectful tone, and sorry excuses that came from the office rep towards these tenants was horrible!! The 2BR/2BTH was waaaaay smaller than the online pics. A full sized bed "may" fit in the bedrooms. Yeah, not for me.....AT ALL!!

If I could give negative 6 stars I would. This apartment complex is the worst place to live on 1960 besides under a bridge! The new staff and owner are the most rude and impolite people I've ever met. There is always something wrong in the complex. The water is constantly shut off with no notice. The police are in and out throughout the day because of the crime that takes place and the office turns a blind eye to it. They just flat out don't care. I can't even talk my child the swimming pool because they never clean it, the water is green. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here. It's overpriced, it's not safe for a single person or anyone with children and the staff are terrible!!

I looked forward to living here. I paid $400 deposit and before I signed my lease, I asked to do a walkthrough of my new place. When I get in there, it was nasty and infested with so many roaches. There were even some falling from the ceiling. I said that townhome wasn’t good for me so they showed me another one. The new one was nothing like the model home they showed and was dirty also, minus the roaches. I decided not to sign a lease with Gallery at Champions but they refused to refund my deposit after all of that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible apartment , management is bad , responds a long time or doesn't respond at all to your needs and the apartments grows so much mold and has roaches. dying for my least to be up . I would love to afford something decent and beautiful.

My complex is nice,and quiet I've lived here 3years .

This property is an older property recently remodeled . It's very quiet community 2 pools,fitness center,and nice schools near by.
