I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and it’s been nothing but problems. From heavy drug users as your neighbors. To half of your apartments electricity not working. On top of that, your car will get towed even with a parking permit or sticker. The management staff by far is very unprofessional and lacks communication skills. My electricity has been off for about 2 months since the snow storm and nothing has been done, even after I advised the office. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a apartment to keep looking down the road. This property is not what you call home. NOR WHAT YOU WOULD WANT YOUR CHILDREN AROUND. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
This is totally trash, do not ever live here. The service and office is terrible, very hard to request help and never give notice when they habe change anything. When I asked them, officer said they told everybody since the day she came, but for sure no notice at all. Not worth for for the money grow every year. This is falling apart from this 3rd manager.
Stay away from this apartment guys, I giving up on this place and moving out after contract this year. My car got tolled twice for rediculous reason. They change the visitor parking lot to the toll without any notice. Now there is no visitor parking anymore. The room is very bad, everthing seem like broke and old, roaches everywhere. A real fact that they habe changed 3 manager already, but no one change anything on these apartment. It been a rat ran cross to my feet in the kitchen couple months ago. Find a better place guys. Good luck.
I am a single mother of 2 boys, currently living in these apartments called Casa del Mar. I have been living here for 2 years now, I've been battling bed bugs and roaches since we've moved here. It wasn't always like this, we had something better. An apartment way bigger, no roaches, no bed bugs, no problems. Ever since me and husband separated, things have not always worked out for me and my boys. I would like to give my 2 boys a better place to live, with a pool, a playground for them to play in, a club house that can help for after school work or activities. These apartments are falling apart, I've seen 3 managers come and go. No one has done anything new to these apartments til a couple months ago. If I do get to be a lucky winner, I would love to give my kids a better living place, a place to call home sweet home.
