I have been in the Greater LA area for a long while now. I don't know how this apartment community does it, but they manage to have the whole package. a staff that cares, gorgeous well-manicured grounds, amazing maintenance team, and my rent is a fair cost under the RSO. Im super happy here. prolly heard I won't leave!!!

I've been at Casa Granada for two years now and have to say, this is by far one of the best places to rent in Brentwood, or even in all of Los Angeles! The amenities are amazing, I love using the pool, gym, sauna, and fire pit area. The location couldn't be more perfect, as you are walking distance from anything you'd need (Whole Foods, Starbucks, Workout classes, restaurants, etc.) The management staff here is also wonderful, they have always taken care of us and responded to requests in a very timely manner. The maintenance team is very hard-working and having the courtesy patrol at night is a nice bonus. Couldn't recommend Casa Granada enough to anyone who is interested!! This is your sign to rent here!

If I could give 10 stars to Casa Granada Apartment Homes I would. Everything from maintenance to tenant services is top notch. Repairs are always done in a timely manner by top of the line repair people and any questions or concerns addressed promptly by the onsite management team. They also offer a Courtesy Patrol from 10pm to 6 am 7 days a week on the totally gated property. A big plus is that they are pet friendly. The lush grounds with meandering creek are kept immaculately. The pool, full gym, barbeque area, cardio room and game room are fantastic amenities. Everything you need is right here on the property. My husband and I feel like we're living in a quiet, luxury resort instead of in an apartment complex in Los Angeles. The Brentwood area is safe and walkable with Whole Foods, Starbucks and many restaurants to choose from 3 blocks south of Casa Granada. 3 blocks north is the charming Brentwood Village with bakeries, shops, post office and another Starbucks. My husband has lived at Casa Granada since 1972 and that alone speaks for itself. If you are looking for a place to call home in Los Angeles, look no further. Casa Granada is unequaled.

Perfectly Located between sunset and San Vicente. Walkable distance to a plethora of fine restaurants and shopping. In the always perfect southern California weather. Staff are very friendly and willing to assist.
