Guadalupe Apartments
We've been here since October of last year and out least is coming up this year. We are a family of four with a two bed room apartment. We pay $495.00 a month plus electricity. It is peaceful around this side of town and it's close to the kids school. We would like to stay here another year but not being able to save money is a struggle. We spent about $700.00 all together for rent plus electric and cable. I believe this free rent for a year would really help us out due to other expenses.
