Los apartamentos están muy bonitos. La amabilidad de los de la oficina y lo rápido que harreglan las cosas me gusta no tenemos que estar esperando como en otros lugares que ni cason le hacen a uno.
Love my apartment!! Maintenance is always taking care of my work orders and the ladies at the office are amazing. Property is always clean.
My visit was great. Everyone was extremely nice and informative. The property is nice and clean. It has the feel of home.
Vivo aca hace algun tiempo y estoy contenta con los cambios. Han hecho mejorias, arreglaron el patio comun, pusieron luces y barbacoa y podemos unirnos ahi. Los departamentos son iguales a las fotos que pueden ver en el websitio.
8/3/2022: It has almost been 2 months with no hot water or gas to cook with. The property looks like a war zone due large trenches being dug to lay gas lines. However, there is no urgency by management to resolve the issue. There are no workers actually putting in gas lines at this point. Due to construction, USPS and UPS will not deliver our mail or packages. Management has no idea when this will all.be fixed. Do not move here.
Burned out apartments. No gas so no heat and no hot water for entire complex. Grounds are not maintained. No play structure, or fire pit, or workout room or clubhouse as they show in pictures. Laminate countertop cut but not finished so there is a raw edge with about 3 inch gap between counter and stove. Cabinets not new but just same crappy ones repainted. Drawers have no runners so fall out. Bedroom window is broken and toilet is constantly running. Oh and also no dishwasher or kitchen water. Dishes have to be washed in the bathroom. FYI-it was rented out knowing the situation. This is not stuff that happened after we moved in but they rented it to us knowing its condition. We were coming from Michigan and foolishly trusted the management that it was ready. Again, they gave use a move-in date and told us it would be ready on that date.
