Property Ratings at Casa Linda Apartments
Looked at a few units. Gated parking is nice. Not enough (any?) insulation in the walls to prevent sounds coming through. Double pained sliding glass door windows facing the street helps with outside sounds. Small kitchen, but has everything. Larger living room could accommodate more shelving/storage. They fit a lot into a small space, which could be good or bad. Washer dryer combo was small and smelled like fish. Laundry room had only a couple of normal sized washers and dryers with WiFi pay option, but they weren’t being used. What was most bothersome was that there was stray cat urine towards the back where the trash was. It came home with me and was so bad I had to get a pet stain vacuum to clean my car mats, home carpet, and trash two pairs of shoes. There was one more unacceptable thing I could mention, but I feel bad ratting on someone about it. I give it three stars out of generosity, but wouldn’t live there myself due to noise and filth.

The location is ideal and from what I’ve seen in pictures the apartments are fairly nice, but the office staff is lacking in responding to correspondence or holding the appointments they make to view apartments. No one was in office during office hours and the phone number posted is a disconnected one. A horrible start to moving in anywhere because it demonstrates how responsive they’d be if you required help.

Been at these apartments and I'm not going anywhere else. Beautiful view of the mountains. Location location location. Right by the freeway and all of life but just far enough away from the chaos of crowds. Pool is always cleaned and maintained as well as the bbq area. Gated parking to keep my car safe and sound at night. Neighbors are all pleasant and friendly. Manager is always available for any issues or small fixes. I Love this place like a fat kid loves cake.

The location is great- within walking distance of stores and highly-rated elementary, middle and high schools. However, the plumbing is iffy at best, we continually fight mold climbing our walls and there's no central AC. Also, this used to be a family-centric complex. Now, most of the families are gone. Plus, the rent goes up EVERY YEAR by the max amount allowed by law, even though wages and salaries don't! If you just need a place in a hurry, go ahead and rent here. But it's not advisable to stay any longer than one year.
There are awesome features, including a big closet in the master bedroom and a second bathroom.
Large walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, new carpet, laminate floors and granite counters on new cupboards throughout

Nice well kept complex. Clean and has get storage inside for smaller apartments. Wise use of space. They are up on up keep like landscaping and pest control. I do wish water and trash was included in the rent like most complexes though!
Casa Linda has been a real convenient and comfortable place for me and my kids. It is close to shopping and schools. It is quiet here and the parking is secure. I am glad to have this apartment. It is easily accessible from the freeway. The pool and BBQ area are nice places to relax and visit with friends and family. Thank-you.
My apartment where I live not only do I consider it a place where I call home, but a place where everyone should call home as well. Its a place where management keeps clean and maintaines its landscaping. For those hot summer days, my apartment offers a pool area with lounge chairs, tables, and a large community BBQ for you and your family to enjoy! Located in a really convenient location where you are literally steps away from stores, restaurants, and many fastfood places to walk to, to grab something quick to eat! Did I mention how close you are to the on ramps to the 101 N bound and 101 S bound! Over all, the Casa Linda Apartment is place where you can, without a doubt, call home!

Excellent location. Close to schools and freeway. School district is really good. The apt mgr we have right now is the best we've had. Things get fixed in a timely manner.
I love living here! This property is always clean and the staff here is very nice. This is such a convenient place to live; close to elementary schools, middle school, and high school. It is also conveniently located literally 1 minute from freeway. I love that I don't have to drive miles and miles to shopping centers or restaurants; they are conveniently at walking distance. Perfect mountain views. My children love the pool and plus it is Gated!! That is a big plus for us!! There is also a laundry facility on-site that is open all week and all day. I truly recommend living at Casa Linda Apartments!!!!
