A TOTAL DUMP
YOU ARE BETTER OFF PASSING BY AND LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT HAS MODERN UPDATES AND APPLIANCES THAT ARE NOT 40 YEARS OLD. THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES WITH THE COMPLEX AND THE COMMUNITY STARTING WITH THE MANAGER WHO ROLLS THEIR EYES WHEN YOU NEED A REPAIR FIXED AND IT TAKES WEEKS TO GET FIXED LIKE A WATER HEATER THAT BROKE DOWN LAST CHRISTMAS AND THE TENANT HAD NO HOT WATER FOR THREE WEEKS. THE MANAGER HAS THEIR CRONIES WHO SPY FOR HER AND CAUSE TROUBLE WITH GOSSIP AND IN RETURN THE MANAGER SPREADS GOSSIP THEMSELVES ABOUT OTHER TENANTS TO OTHER TENANTS WITH PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION FROM THEIR APPLICATION/FILE. YOU ARE FINE IF YOU KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND DON'T WANT THINGS FIXED. WHEN I MOVED IN THE DOORS ARE SO DESTROYED WITH HOLES THAT THEY WERE MASKED OVER WITH SLOPPY STAIN THAT CAUSES AN EYE SORE. THE CARPET IS SO THRASED THAT IT IS RESEAMED IN SOME AREAS AND RISING UP IN OTHER AREAS THAT CAUSE IT A PROBLEM TO WALK. THE TACK BOARD IS WORN WITH THE PADDING THAT IF YOU WALK YOU WILL STEP ON HARD TACKS. THE MANAGER ACTS LIKE A VICTIM WHEN ISSUES ARISE AND STARTS YELLING BACK AT YOU AND THEN GOING TO THEIR FRIENDS IN THE COMMUNITY TO GET SYMPATHY. RETALIATION STARTS TO COME IN TO PLAY WHEN YOU NEED THINGS DONE THAT OTHER TENANTS START SABOTAGING YOUR CAR AND/OR PERSONAL PROPERTY. THE GARDENERS BLOW DIRT AND OTHER DEBRIS AT PERSONAL PROPERTY TO CAUSE ISSUES. IF YOU WANT TO MOVE IN AND ACCEPT DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT THAT VIOLATES YOUR PRIVACY AND EXPECTATIONS TO BE COMFORTABLE THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I WILL BE MOVING WITH VERY LITTLE TO ENDORSE THAT THIS COMPLEX IS SUITABLE BUT AS A STRUCTURE AND WALLS TO LIVE IN AND SLEEP. IT IS A DUMP AND THE OWNER HAS SHOWN NO INTEREST TO CARE AS SHE INHERITED THESE FROM HER HUSBAND WHEN HE DIED AND IS JUST HOPING TO HOLD ON TO THEM UNTIL SHE PASSES ON SO SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO INVEST ANY MINIMAL FUNDS TO MAKE THE UNITS AT LEAST PASSABLE FOR 21ST LIVING.

My best Rental Yet..
The Apartments here are private and in a quite area. They look like houses, they each have a two car Garage.. The Management here is Excellent..!! It's like a little city within a city.. It is close to all your needs.. It is centrally located to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and so on..
