ABC is a lively neighborhood conveniently located 15 miles north of Long Beach and 20 miles south of Los Angeles. We have been living here about 8 years now and love it. The community here is very peaceful (quite unusual for apt. living), the grounds are beautiful and always well kept. The office staff are very kind and helpful. I would totally recommend Casa Madrid to anybody.
