I have loved living in this building. The neighbors I've met have been very nice. I feel safe here. Everything in my apartment is in good working order. The building is clean and well kept. The laundry rooms, the common room, the workout space, etc., are all clean and well cared-for. The building manager has been wonderful to work with. She has always provided very clear answers to all my questions. She keeps residents informed. She has been most kind and helpful. The only drawback was the construction noise, as there are a couple of new apartment buildings going up just behind Casa. I expect that noise will disappear when construction is complete, probably by the end of summer 2023.
They were very thorough in answering our questions. Made the application process very easy. I hope we are accepted to join this property.
