We have thoroughly enjoyed our 10 month plus stay at Casa Mundi and in particular really appreciate the property manager (Jessica) who “makes community happen”. The living experience is precisely as advertised - comfortable, upscale urban living in the the heart of “the springs”. If we were staying in town longer (job move) we would be staying in Casa Mundi. Jessica helps make everyone feel at home and with friends!

After living in the Springs for more than a year I can confidently say Casa Mundi is the place to be. It's nice, its clean, it's safe, and it's central to the most fun parts of Colorado Springs. Whether you want to go to a restaurant, ice cream shop, bar, climbing gym, or park, from Casa Mundi, all of these are within a 10 minute walk. More, the landlord Jessica is great! She is super responsive, accommodating, and often goes above and beyond for her residents. Casa Mundi is a great apartment building, in a great place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time living there.

The location is perfect for quickly getting downtown, to on the road to shelf road (climbing) or skiing, as well as some food halls, bars, and coffee shops. Jessica and the rest of the management are so responsive and are so easy to work with (ie they treat their tenants like human beings).

The apartments at Casa Mundi are such a joy. The beautiful interior has so many nice features including the high ceilings, open floor plan, tall windows, and attention to detail on the fixtures, appliances, bookshelves, and overall flow. And the convenience to downtown is amazing. If you haven't explored downtown Colorado Springs lately, you're missing out. This place is exploding with new restaurants, bars and entertainment making it one of the most desirable downtowns in the United States. Don't just take my word for...give it a try. The apartments are very spacious and have a lot of lighting from outside which is good for my plants. I love the layout and the easy access to the best places downtown Colorado Springs has to offer. My boyfriend and I have been here since last October and we love it!

Our family of four moved to Casa Mundi in January. It's a strange thing to move into an apartment with two small children but Jessica and Darcy have made the experience a delight. The building is thoughtfully designed, we almost never hear our neighbors. We have huge windows with mountain views but also seem to be high efficiency because we don't get a draft. We have a good sized balcony and sit out on sunny days. I've never seen an apartment with so many built-in shelves and cabinets. Everything stays tidy and in it's place here. The keyless entry systems make my life so much easier, less worry about grabbing/finding my keys. Living on South Tejon has been really fun, extremely walkable to restaurants, little shops, parks, trails and the library. The only downside was that we have an electric car and had no place to charge. We mentioned this to Jessica, who immediately arranged for a 240v outlet to be installed in the covered parking area. Though it is our ultimate goal to find a forever home here in Colorado Springs, we don't feel urgency to do that. We are happy at Casa Mundi, enjoying the pleasures of urban living at the foot of the mountains.

Moving into my college apartment was not possible for me because of COVID-19, but I still wanted to be near campus. Casa's location in downtown CoSprings was excellent - only 5 minutes away from campus. Jessica was so accommodating and lovely, and my apartment was beautiful and spacious! I loved my time at Casa and would recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to live!
