Property Ratings at Casa Palma
I've been living at Casa Palma for almost 2 years and I plan on renewing for a 3rd year. I have no complaints at all. The staff has been helpful since day one and Joann has been extremely helpful with anything I've needed. The maintenance staff always seems to have a smile on their faces and I've never had any concerns with getting any of my requests completed timely and efficiently. One of my favorite things during this last year, was the holiday decorations. They made me smile every time I came home. I am very happy to call Casa Palma my home.
Beware. Once you are in the door and they have you all signed up-it's all about the money they can squeeze out of you until the bitter end. Nice property but not maintained for all the money raked in. Charge with carpet replacement when they only clean it-leave you with the water bill and carpet fee. Gates are never secure on the side of the property.

Contract terms are designed to entrap renters so be sure to follow every stipulation accordingly. Failure to provide a 60-day move-out notice to management will result in them deducting an extra month rent from your deposit. Very cruel.
Overall this is a nice neighborhood, which it should be because of what you have to pay.T However, this complex is very expensive, so it really upsets me when something like the gate does not function as it should. The community is supposed to be gated but the gate is not secure at all. As many cars as possible can ride through all at once because the gate closes very slowly. Even if it is closing, as you approach it opens right back up as it senses a car near, which is absurd. What is the point of living in a gated neighborhood and paying for that extra amenity when it does not function as it should. Management needs to add an extra gate, which is like a pole, in front of the current iron gate that closes down as soon as one car passes through since the iron gate closes so slowly.
This is a brand new resort style apartment with a bathroom that anyone will fall in love with. With dark brown wood floors in living room with grey/khaki kitchen, for those that like the "clean look" this is paradise. Neighborhood is very quiet and people are nice. But everywhere you will run into at least one problem. I believe they are on their way to solving this issue, but people don't pick up after their pets too much. They have been giving notices and it's not as bad as couple month ago but it's heading in the right decision. Apart from that the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
Scam artists. There is no dog park, they take forever to return deposit, their employees tell you something wrong and then blame you for taking their word. They lied to us when we broke our lease and told us the apartment was being moved into the next week. Over a month later when we contacted them about where our deposit was we were told that we stilled owed them for rent because unit was unoccupied. It turns out that they were false advertising the apartment as a two bedroom apartment so the renters fell through and Casa Palma failed to call us and let us know. Two months after moving out we still don't have our deposit back even though our apartment was left immaculate. Also, security is a joke. With in a month of moving in we heard about three apartments that had been broken into a few apartments down from ours. Anyone can get in through the front gate, all they have to do is wait for a resident to pull up and then follow them in because the gates take a long time to close. Overall, displeased with our stay here. The staff is rude, incompetent, and under qualified. They need to brush up on real estate law of florida.
Casa Palma is such a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet, smaller apartment community which makes it a homey place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are exceptional.
I currently live in a new apartment complex called Casa Palma with my husband. This place is gorgeous but not worth the price. Only reason why I choose this place was because it was my last resort. We pay so much for this place and their NEW grills don't even work anymore. my husband and I are currently looking for a new place to move by the beginning of October and having our first baby in November.
Great new beautiful luxury apartment in Coconut Creek. Quiet, well maintained. Like living here.....Only wish it wasn't so expensive!
Luxurious apartment home with resort style living. Spacious accomodation with upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood kitchen cabinets, wood look floors, panel closet and bathroom doors, wine cooler, huge bathrooms with a shower and roman tub for complete relaxation, large capacity front load washer and dryer inside the apartment, valet trash and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful landscape. This newly built apartment home comes with all the upgrades and lifestyle you could ever want. The resort style pool and clubhouse are surrounded by lush green landscape and three bbq grills under a covered lounge area with a flat screen tv. This includes a fully equipped gym with interactive workout videos for your particular need.
