don't fix anything. some of the most useless staff I've ever met in my life. just don't move here so you don't get the massive headache I've had for the past 3 months
They charge for $25 valet trash services and not one time has the trash company came to pick up trash. The office staff is very much aware that whoever is supposed to collect trash isn’t doing so. This has been brought to their attention MANY times from MANY tenants about being charged for a service that we aren’t receiving, they have yet to refund monies paid for valet nor have they hired another company to come in and do valet. Basically, screwed out $25 each month, multiply that be the number of apartment units and they are basically committing highway robbery on the tenants that they “care” about. They are in no rush to rectify this. Whether the new owner is keeping the money for himself or they are basically giving tenant monies to a company that was hired to do a job but doesn’t and if he does, he’s not coming out daily or every other day for that matter, so he’s benefiting just as well…. It’s wrong on all levels especially in this current state of economy. If you don’t pay the fee, it’ll look like you ain’t paying and then could cause potential late fees because they apply rent charges last making it seem as if you didn’t pay… basically screwed! Beware that you will have to pay for something that you won’t receive or benefit from… who wants trash by their door for days?

I'm so sorry for the convience .We took care of the issue with the valet trash company. If u still having trouble with your trash not getting pick-up. Can u please come by the office . So, We can take care of this matter as soon possible. We would like to make sure our residents are taking care.

The trash hours pick up days is Monday Friday 7am- If your trash is not out by 7am it will not be picked up. we apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication regarding the time. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. I have had numerous of issues here since I moved in. Which took longer than three days to fix. I’m at the end of my lease and I have had not just one but TWO BREAK-INS within three weeks apart. When they broke in the first time the maintenance team did not secure the door properly to ensure it would not happen again. This is the second time and the door flew off the hinges this time. The office did not do anything about this issue and still forced us to pay our last months rent. They couldn’t pull up any camera feed so we could possibly see who it might be. Their excuse was the recording uploads in 24 hrs and the next day we tried to check on it that’s when they told us the cameras did not work. This complex is full of criminal activity there have been shootings, car break ins, and now home invasions. Think wisely before coming to this complex.

I currently live here at these apartments and they are horrible! This is my second time moving here and the first time the issue was a roach infestation. This time it’s the kitchen sink, the ceiling in the kitchen is close to caving in. It has water leaking from the ceiling and it is oddly shaped, and the floors creak every time you walk like it will cave any day now! The dishwasher is flooding my lower level continuously. I’m not able to wash dishes let alone cook. I am forced to buy food everyday. I’ve been calling everyday multiple times a day to get this issue fixed and it it still not resolved it has been almost two weeks this issue has been going on!

This is probably the worst community I have ever lived in. They are rude. Unorganized. They tell you they will get something done and never do it. We went out of town for a whole 8 days. Talked to them two days before we left to let them know we were leaving. We asked them to fix the bathtub as for some reason it keeps peeling. Half the bathtub is peeled up. We also asked them to fix the shower rod. There is only drywall no studs so it keeps coming out. Then we also asked them to have pest control come out as the roach infestation is horrendous. A whole week. We get home nothing is done. I call Monday morning. He told me he was sorry and would get with the apt manager and call be back. Nothing. Called today Tuesday and no they are telling us we have to leave for 48 hours because the smell from the fumes for whatever they have to do to the bathtub are very strong. A while back before the heat when it was cold out kids hanging around my daughters window and playing with her somehow the window got broken. It took them over a week to replace her window. Her bedroom was freezing. Every issue that arises there are no simple or immediate solutions. They should be shut down. The only reason they have business is because there are the cheapest. But this place is a dump and I do not recommend anyone inhabiting this roach infestation.

Just moved in and LOVE my apartment. Everyone had been so helpful during the move process which I really appreciate because it has been so stressful changing my kids schools etc. Thanks to the awesome staff at Carriage Place.
We were told they have cameras They do not work. our home and vehicle been broken in to on 2 seperate occasions while I lived there and found out the hard way. Also the manager increased my rent amount by 200 without any prior notice on the day it was due and demanded that I pay it and said that was going to be my new rent amount. So I had to scramble with my kids to find a new home. Thanks for that vanessa, who is almost always irrational and rude, I am pretty sure she is on something she hangs out with known drug dealers in the complex. The outlets coming out the wall when you unplug your things happened to me to, they never come fix anything. Everything is poor quality and breaking. They will tow your car if your inspection sticker goes out too, so stay on top of it they will harass you daily for something like that. One month I got a eviction letter on my door I was so confused turned out they thought I paid my water bill $10 short of what I owed. Ridiculous there was even another woman in there who had a letter too.

I have been at carriage place apts for 5 yrs and have been through 2 managers and 2 owners when i first move in here at carriage place apartments it was all great i moved into a 1 bdrm apartment which got to be to small for myself and my grand daughter so we moved to a 2 bdrm 2 1/2 bath townhome which i loved but; things were never repaired properly at all when making maintenance request it always took 3 or 4 days to complete; new closet doors not installed properly and needless to say cleaning the carpet did not help because the people that lived here before me had dogs and you can still; smell them in here; even after the carpet was cleaned six months ago it is so so horrible this apartment has never been painted since ive been here had to beg for a ceiling fan in my master bedroom and now my grand daughter pull cord in her bedroom has come out ; the cabinets are horrible and needless to say the walls inside the shower can't be cleaned; i am on public housing and was told i had to move when my lease was up because they were not taking housing anymore when i paid my rent in December and then when i paid my rent in February i was ask by a manager and owner if i was staying really wow!! i had already found a place and had ask for my deposit back because i was told it would be okay for me to transfer to another unit just like the one i am in but; when i went back to the office one Saturday the leasing agent told me she did not think they would let me do that; so on the following Monday i went in to talk about it with the Manager she said i would have to pay $400 to transfer to another unit really ; well i never got my referral fee from my son moving in and was told this by a former manager that it would take place; and to this day i never recd it now my son has moved i will never get it; the people that live next door to me roaches are so bad i can't control because they come through the vents in my master bedroom and the air condition unit makes so much noise that you can't hear anyone knocking at the front door; if i had told my case manager at housing how horrible this unit is she would have never paid my portion of the rent and i am #1808

Many of us have spent a significant amount of time in your apartment and with you individually. I will not get into specifics here or offer any comments regarding other residents because it is simply inappropriate and this information should and will remain private. We all are very sorry that you dislike it at Carriage Place so much. We truly feel like we have gone above and beyond to assist you with not only seeking increased assistance from the COH housing for you but for all the families affected by the renovations. We have handling every one of your services requests in a timely manner since we took over the property in late July 2016. All matters that took place before we arrived we are unable to offer much dialog about; this includes your son's referral amount that we were not involved in. If you or anyone needs pest control we offer it once per week and all you need to do is make a simple request to the office. If there is a housekeeping issue we need to know about regarding your neighbor this is truly not the forum to discuss it as I'm sure you would not like others commenting about you on line. Please call the office or come by to deal with any situation, the entire team knows you by name and as you stated even asked if you were staying with us when your lease expired. If they truly didn't want you to stay I assure you they would not be seeking out opportunities to speak with you or wish you a good morning, as I know myself and the entire team does when we see you multiple times per day walking the community or visiting the office. We are happy to once again sit down in private and discuss your specific situation; however, if you are truly this unhappy and feel you have been treated wrongly then we will certainly accommodate any request from you to move off of the community. We want all of our residents to live here because they want to and not feel trapped or like they are not being treated as they believe they deserve. Again, I personally apologize for your unhappiness here and wish you good luck in finding a better home that will meet your needs and expectations; I'm sorry we have been disappointing. While you are still with us we will continue to strive to service your needs. When i first started looking for a apartment i tought i had already found a good place. When i stumble upon this area i went in not knowning what to expect. But im glad i did because i know i found a better place. I love my living space especially me being a new mom and all. They made my process so easy and moving in a breeze. I would recommend this place anyone.i sincerely can call this my home.
