Property Ratings at Casa Serena Apartments
As former tenet of almost 3 yrs. I moved June of last year- I wouldn't recommend Casa Suerna Apartments. The place has bedbugs, roaches, and mice. Core Enforcement was not only there a lot but I had to call them as well when I had bedbugs that kept coming back despite sprays. I never got my damage deposit back nor a letter explaining why though I left a forwarding address. Considering I never failed Housing/Unit inspections not to mention condition of Unit when I moved in which was As Is. No fresh paint, stove area yellowed with grease, the shower stall that failed inspection and never replaced etc. Call Code Enforcement before moving in, the police on crime stats. I was an assault victim there once. The end

I dont live here and wouldnt recommend it if the manager is as rude in person as he was on the phone. Majority of apartments keep pretty good track of when tenants are due to move in and out he could hardly tell me when a unit would become available by the week. I need a place by June 1st and wanted me to wait until mid may to even see a unit. And then scoffed when I asked if i could put a deposit down to hold a unit for 30 days. Glad I found out now rather than days from my move date.
