Holly is a small neighborhood located about eight miles south of Downtown Everett and 30 miles north of Seattle. This calm neighborhood is a popular spot for commuters since Holly has access to major roadways including Highway 99 and 525. Renters also appreciate Holly’s ample amenities, parks, and a strong sense of community. There are several large shopping plazas with stores, eateries, and grocers along Highway 99, and Everett Mall is two miles away. Residents spend time outdoors at green spaces like Kasch Park and Walter Hall Golf Course, which are both located directly north of the area. Holly’s active neighborhood association hosts community events throughout the year including free book giveaways, clean-ups, and cultural celebrations. This suburban neighborhood features moderately priced to upscale houses, apartments, and condos for rent. If you’re looking for a small-town feel with easy access to two city centers, Holly is a great choice.

Property Ratings at Casablanca Apartment Homes
Awesome staff!!! If I ever have questions they are always available to answer, they are so welcoming in the office.
They close amenities without so much as alerting their tenants so that we can make alternate arrangements. Some of use the gym on a daily basis and rely on it for our own physical and mental health. Was that even taken into consideration?
Honestly this place isn’t HORRIBLE but it isn’t great. I would say 1/10 for noise, meaning you are going to hear noise all night long, no one respects the quiet hours, neighbors ran washer and dryer at midnight, security didn’t do that good of a job enforcing the rule. Parking was a 7/10, meaning I always found a parking spot, it wasn’t always close but it was there, people parked in the Disabled Parking when they had no placard and that annoyed me. Office staff 9/10, only one problem with maintenance over a year. Olga and the rest of the staff were great, always helpful. Location; 6/10. You are right off of evergreen way, it isn’t the best area. They had a gate but it didn’t work 7/12 months I was there. No problems with car prowling but I could see how there were people with problems, all depends on your building. Would I lease here again? No, only reason is that I work 12 hours and want to sleep at the end of the day, and I couldn’t with the neighbors and no respect for anyone else, I was scared sometimes with leaving my truck far away with the parking and I hope you like smelling Marijuana because it’s everywhere, but you know WA for some reason this drug is legal. If they had a better way to enforce the noise rules, I would consider it, I’m not going to lie. The rate wasn’t bad and the apartment was clean. I didn’t use the full one bedroom because I’m usually never home, plus they are big rooms, I needed 2 couches to sorta fill the living room, like that’s different from others. So positive for that.
The worst expensive and incomplete place to live. I do not recommend it does not serve its maintenance and everything is disposable. Very high prices for the lousy services they offer
The service was not ok and the treated me poorly, and they were very mean
I have been at the apt for two years, and I have never had a problem. The staff is outstanding and the maintenance crew is outstanding as well. I believe that you can find problems even at the finest Apt's. With that being said i have had no regards. I have nothing but respect for the management team, they make me feel at home. They all now my name and always so respectful. I give them a Five Star rating.
If you enjoy drug addicts and miscellaneous parafinalia everywhere (including used needles on the grounds), section 8 housing with some of the units used as drug dens and theft holding zones, raised rents, vandalism, car prowls & break ins... This is the place for you. Keep your kids away from the dumpsters and play grounds tho, as that's where all the 'bad guys' (&gals) hang out.
I have lived here for several years and at first it was a great place to live. In the last couple of years they have drastically raised the rent at the same time there services have been lacking. They have blocked me from using my deck as they say they were rebuilding them. Have not seen anybody doing anything for 4 months now. Pretty sure when I signed the lease it was with intent to be able to use my devj
Casablanca is a pretty nice place, not that expensive, the only thing the washer and dryer is small but other then that it's a nice place to live
This place is simple.( has no character). It has flair(one baby blue wall in living room). Our choices from them were the blue or yellow, red or green.I couldn't have mauve or soft rose. Really???? The range has some issues like in two months the burners had to be fixed. I have a great smoke alarm. I start cooking on the stove and it lets me know I'm cooking by yelling. This happens every time I cook. Have had the maintenance man here several times because it's so touchy still it screams. Makes me want to pull my hair out. Now the good stuff. I can park my car right outside my back door. Good but my boyfriends car has been vandalized twice because we can't back our cars into the spaces. His car is a classic so it's a magnet for thieves. We scared them off twice. Management doesn't care. Not everyone can choose cable or Comcast because only certain areas can get signal. The rent has been raised twice in the two years we've been here. We had a crack house above us. Can't barbecue on the lawn or patio lower level because the upper level can't do it but the area that can be used is right outside apartments that surrounds the area. REALLY?????? WERE HAVING TO MOVE BECAUSE THE RENT IS TOO HIGH. Now the people that run the place have been changed twice in 2 yrs. Have a feeling they were pocketing monies they were charging for extras like putting the cable dish on our patio twice.because it was on the lawn first and had to be moved and was charged to move it by cable and management. Too many rules we didn't know about when moved in.only two washers and dryers. If one is down it take a day or so before fixed so everyone races to use. We can't put garbage next to the dumpster so if it is full we have to keep our garbage till it is picked up and empty to clean our trash out. There's probably more but we haven't violated them yet. Noise problems are another problem. Can't have a loud car even if the sound is of legal decimals. It's like we can't move without violating management laws. We had to show proof that his car was legal but the crackhouse was legal until they couldn't pay there rent and were evicted. I'm getting a headache so I'm done. Thank you for hanging in there and hopefully reading my letter.
Casablanca's individual apartment homes are wonderful, they're cozy, clean, some have cool features like USB ports in outlets. The buildings themselves could be improved, with an intercom system that is barely understandable, and a tiny elevator needing an upgrade. Very affordable for what it is. Overall, stay inside your comfy apartment, and just ignore the narrow, dirty hallways.
I have lived here a year, in that year all of the appliances in the apartment have broken down at least 10 times, the stove has set off the fire alarms anytime I opened it while baking or cooking, the manager and maintenance staff are disrespectful. I also strongly believe they have entered my apartment while I have not been home. The appliances are from the 70's, and do NOT work. Space for a one bedroom is a joke. They told me when I moved in this building that it was a non smoking apartment and with my allergies I assumed they were truthful, only to find that even with what it states in our contractual agreement my neighbors below us smoke on their porch all day. People in the complex play their music all hours of the night, there is constantly trash in the building hallways, and I have NEVER been anywhere where there has been so much road noise. That's my fault though because its by so many car dealerships, and a main road. Try calling security about people parking in your spot that you pay for, only to hear sorry we can ticket it, but you'll have to park 5 miles from the building tonight. They don't give receipts when asked for them stating its against policy, you literally have to threaten legal action to get anyone to do anything, and then they still do it poorly. If I could change anything about this place it would be to demolish it, and rebuild with new staff, and better parking.
