if you read this and continue to pursue this as an option and see how bad this place is please leave a review saying i told you so. Management is horrible apartments arent cleaned before new tenants. Soo much dust, mold, dryers not being hooked up correctly putting toxic fumes in the air of the apartment.

Maintenance is awful. It takes them weeks to respond to any requests. Also the office staff has no clue how to run anything. Not worth the money.. take my advice and DO NOT move here.. My downstairs neighbor also had a case of mold in his closet.

Don’t waste your money! From bed bugs to roaches to maintenance people who either don’t care or are not trained. The unit upstairs flooded last year and I have a lot of water damage I called maintenance who painted over it. Domestic disputes and drug busts to surrounding neighbors routinely. Paper thin walls Seriously I’m not a disgruntled tennant trying to give a bad review I’m a single mom who was desperate for a place to live and took the first apartment I found and I hope I can save others the heartbreak and frustration this place has brought me.
My car was vandalized and nothing absolutely nothing was done about it, management even kicked one of the ppl out and they still live there, there is no respect for the safety of their tenants property or health....we have Brown recluse spiders...yes they spray but that doesn't keep them away....we have lots of mold they just spray killz, just an all around very bad experience here I absolutely do not recommend.
Makes you sick. Terrible managment. They are NEVER quick to do anything until you threaten with legal action. Do not move here, unless you want doctors bills.
My wife and I have lived at Casalon Apartements for over 5 years. The Staff and Maintenance teams have always been there when we needed them. They have always treated me professioanlly and repsectfully. The maintenace team works hard to ensure any isues are taken care quickly and correctly. Like any apartment, neighbors can make or break you. We have been fortunate to have had good neighbors over the years we have been here. Casalon is ideally located, 2 minutes and you are on I70, 10-15 minutes from all the shopping you can imagine in OFallon, Wentsville, St Peters and Lake St Louis. Defintely reccommend Casalon to all looking for a place to rent.
Being me, I am a pro at procrastination. I had pretty much less than a week to find a place. Working crazy hours from 3pm to midnight everyday, my schedule was nowhere near organized. I called in a day before and talked to Kassanundra and she set up a viewing for me. I went in to see the place, she showed me the best floor plan to meet my expectation, and let me say, the place was beautiful. It was just perfect. She got all the papers together, we got the lease signed that day, and everything was Fast and Easy. She made copies of my lease agreement along with providing me contact info of the electric company I had to call, she even had the renter's insurance company give me a call (because of course I'll forget). I wouldn't be able to do this without her help. A big thanks to Kassanundra! I can't wait to move in to my beautiful apartment :)

Small remodeled but functional space. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Don't ever want to leave!
It would mean the world to me if I've won. Because I'm struggling right now paying rent their price went up and trying to pay off student loans n paying bills is very hard. I have 3 jobs they don't help much. At first when I've moved to casalon I didn't like it much but now it's getting better they are upgrading everything n neighborhood is getting safer there I would give them 4 starts for getting better.
We, my best friend and I, needed an apartment that allowed a larger size dog, and was cheap. We also wanted to be able to have a washer and dryer in our unit. Neither one of us is a 'young chick' and we didn't want to have to go somewhere to do our laundry. We looked at numerous places and Casalon Apartments met every one of our needs (a second bathroom would have been the cherry on top of the sundae, but it wasn't a necessity). The bedrooms are large and spacious. It's a small complex and it's in a decent area (I called a police officer friend to check on the area). The management staff are GREAT! They're very attentive to our needs. The work staff are great, also. I wanted the doors taken off my closet (they're bifold and take up some space) and the young man came right out and took them off for me and he even offered to put them under my bed for me. I do wish that there was some type of storage, though. I have too much stuff, from when I had a house, and the boxes are piled in my closet and my bedroom. Thank heaven the bedroom is large. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood and for the most part the neighbors are great. I have to learn that not everyone is going to be considerate of those around them and park within the lines and pick up their trash when it falls out, as they walk to the dumpster. The area has everything close by: Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Michaels, Pet Smart, Schnucks, Shop N Save, Aldi's & LOTS of restaurants. It's very close to highway 70. Even if Main Street is really congested, you can go the back way to Walmart or you can take the service road to T.R. Hughes, to hit the highway. They're in the process of upgrading the outside of the apartments. We got a brand new, stacked, washer & dryer. The pools don't have a restroom, so you have to walk all the way back to your apartment, then back up to the pool. There is also a bit of a problem when it rains. We are on the bottom and the water just pours over the ledge from the second floor and it pools under the stairs, which is breeding ground for mosquitos. I bought a large push squeegee so I can clear the water out so it will dry up. Overall I'm really happy with my first apartment and have recommended them to others.
At fisrt when I apply to move there they've giving a tour and it was a beautiful apartment. But I ended moving to another building that was not ok looking. My apartment ceiling was leaking every time it rains and I've told them about it and all they did was paint over it. It's always loud and so far I've seen 6 people got arrested. It's not safe at all and very expensive for a decedent size apartment. And barely been there and everything is falling apart.
