Property Ratings at Casas Adobes Apartments
No running water for a full week during a pandemic. The worst place I have ever lived in my life.
I have lived in this complex for too long, upon getting my apartment it was really outdated and there were a lot of cosmetic fixes that it needed when this was brought up to the office they had someone come out to “fix” all this but it looked the same after they did. As you probably have heard on the news KVOA, water here was shut off for at least 5 days and this is not the first time, since I’ve lived here the water is shut off at least once a month it seems like. Management does nothing about this, management has not done anything about the recent shut off as far as reimbursing it’s residents who had to stay at hotels, buy water, etc. They provided residents with a couple water bottles on day 2 in the evening... There have also been many gun shots heard in this area and police have come by multiple times. You’re better off somewhere else!
This is indeed a great place to live and the office people are very nice too. To specify Jordan is just awesome! She is always there to help and answer or explain any question or concern one might have. The maintenance team are always polite and do their work in a timely manner. The place is always well maintained too.
Well to start off we did not get exactly what we were promised at move in. The old management told us our apartment would have new cabinets and all linoleum floors. We did not have new cabinets/floors. They also gave us barely any time for our walk through so we weren't able to document on all the damages from the previous tenant. The AC was "fixed" twice but never seemed to really work. Our electricity bill was horrible and it never seemed to cool off. Parking is awful and if you don't like it prepare to have to pay for a covered spot cause those aren't included anymore. To make matters worse they cut our lease a whole month short. When we went in to talk to LeAnn she tried to charge us an additional 200 dollars for an additional two weeks even though we had already moved out. And just when we thought they cloudnt screw us anymore. They charged us 335 dollars that they took from our deposit for carpeting they planned to remove to replace with the linoleum we should have had in the first place. LeAnn didn't want to speak to me about it though. She told me to contact their corporate office who has been just as unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these people. I'd give them a zero if it were possible.

Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further however. LeighAn - Community Manager
Maintenance fixtures our cheap fixes that brake again and again and again. The management staff is rude and disrespectful. They have the pool closed during open hours one it’s not supposed to be closed. People never pick up after their dogs so there’s pop everywhere. They have lots of pest issues that seem ongoing. They will lie and promise you things without delivering. MAKE SURE U SEE YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE SOGNING LEASE. They showed A demo apartment and promise that mine would look exactly the same with the same amenities that I asked for; however after signing the lease the apartment I got was nothing like they promised. I’m working with BBB and an attorney currently as they have violated AZ tenant landlord act. They see the current trend in their bed reviews and offer incentives for people to why and give them good reviews As another tenant had pointed out.
I loved living here for 2 years until new management/owners took over. Extremely unprofessional and rude! Im moving out ASAP!
Lived here already about a year in their big two bedroom.. we like it. We have nice neighbours, no issues. Area is convenient for us. The few small repairs we needed were fixed quickly. Staff is nice and they make us laugh. We've already referred a couple of our friends to live here.
it is a okay apartment faifly priced quit and safe but it is slowly pricing me out of the ability to live in this area and i must move to a less safe area of town to survive at this time
