I have lived at Cortland North Tucson for 4 months, and while the apartment is nice, it is inside of a construction zone. Every day the last 4 months I have had the pleasure of listening to apartment renovations, playing frogger with a forklift, and picking up nails and screws so that someone else will not step on them. Maybe down the road this place would be nice to live in but I have not been told when that time may be, so I will continue to play frogger and enjoy watching TV on the weekend with a forklift drowning out the noise.

Bump Road...but all is good
Long story , but the move from MN was a bumpy road. But, Glenn, Lucas, and Patrice went above and beyond to "make things right for me". I LOVE the 2nd floor re-modeled unit, the community is friendly and quiet and friendly. I hope this is my home for a while, because I don't want to move again for a LOOOOONG time

It's a dump now
Looks like a construction zone. Their improvements are not improvements at all. Constant and disruptive to every day living construction that goes on every single day for months and months. I went to look at on upgraded apartment and everything was white, sterile and cheap looking.

Small quiet community that is overpriced. The pool is closed every other week for repairs. Apartment has all old appliances that are mismatched. Nothing is new inside. The rent increase in 2022 must have been used to repaint everything so the complex looks newer than it is. Also took away the military discount with new owners.

Not impressed with follow through. Have been having roof issues since 7/2021 that don't seem to be taken seriously. This service order was placed 1/2 and I have yet to have somebody come address it. Not quite sure how you can justify a 50% increase for a 12 month lease when general maintenance and possible mold issues are not being addressed.

I really like Casas Lindas apartments. The location is great, it is usually quiet, and the Mgmt team really makes an effort to bring the community together with fund raising events, and social gatherings in the clubhouse. Over all it has been a good place to call home!!

Our home is truly a home. We have been here almost two years and have no regrets about wver moving here. It's quiet, clean, close to shopping, Walmart, nail salon, walkable at that. Lot of apartment for the money. Great location for us. Palms always stand proud & trimmed here. Staff has always been congenial & attentive. We feel so at home!

We feel so at home here. Love the size of our place and the area. Looking out at the mountain daily and being able to walk a few blocks to many stores. Even our dixtor is within walking distance. We're content!

I like living here and the management, Cyndi, is lovely but the apartment feel a bit tired some form of a refresh would be nice without it being to costly as some of us are on fixed incomes and just trying to make ends meet.

A most exceptional place to live.
I love my apartment, this is so easily said but it has become my sanctuary. I live at Casa Lindas Apartments in Tucson Arizona. A most wonderful place to be, second floor with a view of the mountains , desert and amazing sunsets. My place is huge with washer/dryer and walk in closet. The apartment has an open floor plan so you can see from the kitchen to the living room. I am an artist and require good natural lighting which this place has plenty of with it's vaulted ceilings and high windows. The patio looks out over the desert with no obstructions. The management is extraordinary, they have helped me out with a flat tire as well as learning my new city. It is close to daily needs of groceries, banking etc. Coming from Alaska to Arizona was a big move for me, one that I have never regretted. I am happy with my apartment. Thank you Casa Lindas.
