I love the community it is so nice well kept. Also the apartments are nice clean and up to date makes you feel happy to call it your home. Very welcoming all the way around. I highly recommend this community by far.

Parkings a little tight but other then that live my home live my community people are friendly but stick to themselves grounds are kept neat and clean amenities are super

Been here seven years and I am happy to call Cascade my home. It's very tidy, staff are helpful and neighbors are friendly. I can go to the office and feel very welcomed. They're awesome, hard working and happy to help. They care.

One of the best places I have lived. Very easy to work with and helpful. Any issues that arise get solved promptly. Going to extend my lease due to the ease :)

What I noticed about Cascade Apts is the grounds are always clean and the lawn is well kept. The Staff are always willing to help with anything and do so with a smile. They have never been rude or difficult to me in the 7 years that I've been here. I like how it's location is very conveniently close, just a couple of miles away from everything. I like how the Cascade stands out from all the other's with it's maroon doors. Only downside is that because where I'm located that it is hard to find and mostly won't show on any map. So it makes deliveries hard to get. People that visit me get lost because they're gps are wrong also the numbers on the buildings so faded you can hardly make them during the day imagine at night. I don't know if anyone else has this problem. All in all it's a very pleasant place to live.

Neighborhood is quiet. Staff is professional and caring. Always available in office to talk to. Maintenance team is very knowledge of what they do and they are prompt. Complex has added nice amenities such as dog park and gym.

So far so good… the pool is perfect! Quiet and clean seemingly friendly neighborhood. Can’t say I love hearing the train in the morning as I’m used to the country but that’s not on the community.

I love my landlords they are amazing on top of things and keep things in order : my kids enjoy the love from the office with the snacks and warm welcoming they give them when they pop in the office. Wonderful te overall

We just moved it , and we love the apartment space and how nice neighbors have been. The parks are nice and convenient, and the kiddos are so excited for the pool!

I have lived here for seven years and in those seven years I have nothing but nice things to say about the Cascade family. They have been really great at making me feel welcomed and included. I moved here in 2017 when I was coming off a bad situation in my life. They were very understanding and attentive to my needs which made me feel safe. This place is a home and they're my family.

The staff is always friendly and care for their residents. They get to know you personally and work with anyone willing to communicate. The grounds are clean and maintenance works hard and fast! Ally and Brittany are a wonderful duo in the office and I am happy to call this my home for the last 3 years.

It ok for the price. The maintenance team is pretty good. They try to stay on top of things for the most part. The parking is available for the most part.

This is where you want to live. This community and the staff of this complex goes above and beyond what is expected and will be making sure that you and your family are feeling safe and happy

We are moving soon. We have had an awesome experience here and we will miss our fabulous neighbors and all of the most helpful folks running this complex. We are sad to leave but have no regrets about our time here!

It is very comfortable to live in the Cascade Apartments. I like that the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would like to speak positively about the work of the office staff: everyone responds very quickly to requests and does their job professionally. I like that each apartment has a separate entrance. Good noise insulation. Convenient location. We moved in after the renovation, which was great. The soft carpet is especially nice. My family likes living here.

It's very nice here. Peaceful and well cared for grounds. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. There are many amenities for a great rate. Playground, dog park, pool, and work out facilities.

By far the most kept up maintenance I've seen from any complex they do a fantastic job and more including the quiet community which is nice to have.

The staff is well communicative and the maintenance works hard to handle each issue as they come up. The area is clean and the neighborhood is friendly.

I like cascade apartments the administrative maintenance team is awesome. The facilities are well maintained. Too bad rent is going up so much...

They do not give enough of a grace period to pay your rent before they slap fee’s on top of fee’s.?????????????? Most places give til the 10th of the month, not here it’s all about the Dollar. And I still haven’t gotten my carpet cleaned, since I can’t get the new floors. The struggle is real!!!!

Been the best apartment experience I have ever had. Team goes above and beyond. They’re always updating, cleaning, painting. Great place to raise a family.

Over all it is a very nice place to live. I wish there was more vistor parking and more or bigger trash cans as they fill out every 2 days with trash all over the place.

Friendly neighbors, awesome management!! All the upgrades around the community have this place looking great. We love the pond out behind us. It allows the chance to experience a little nature right here in town!
