Property Ratings at Cascade Apartments
We moved here in January, but we plan on staying for a while. The building only has 44 units, so the number of people coming and going is pretty limited, which means nice and quiet! The building seems to be occupied mainly by working professionals, and I have yet to see kids here. There aren't amenities like a pool or gym, but we are perfectly fine without them since the Rochester athletic club is around the corner and the rent affords us beautiful apartments that are like new. Maintenance is super prompt and the grounds are very clean. The rules in regards to building appearance and smoking, etc. are strict, though, so if you don't care for adhering to rules, this is not the place for you. Overall, we love it here and plan on staying for a while!
I've just started my fourth year of living at Cascade and cannot recommend it enough. The building itself is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Units are *huge* and get excellent daylight. The staff is phenomenal: Tammy, the manager, is attentive and incredibly friendly (she knows each one of us by name and is always ready to engage us in conversation to see how we are); maintenance is always quick to respond to any requests--not that there are really ever any--that pop up; and the lobby and hallways are spotless. Our location on the edge of town means that we're out of the middle of things enough to enjoy a quiet neighborhood, but since we're right next to two major roads we can get anywhere we need to in town easily. I could gush some more, but I'll wrap it up by saying that I love Cascade and would tell anyone and everyone that they'll love it, too.
I’m in my fourth year living at Cascade—spent two years in a 1/1 before moving up to a 2/2. The rent prices are fantastic, especially for Rochester, and the apartment itself is beautiful. And huge! We’re on the edge of town but still right off a major road, which means it tends to be pretty quiet but easy to get wherever we need to be. Tammy, the manager, is phenomenal (as is the rest of the staff). I ran into her one day last week and we spent probably 20 minutes just chit-chatting. During that time, multiple other residents came in and she addressed everyone by name—she cares about us and does her best to make sure we feel welcome and appreciated as tenants. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues—not there ever really are any—and the building is always clean. I love, love, love living here. Cannot say that emphatically enough.
I have lived here with my partner for about a year now, and have nothing but great things to say. The apartments are of great quality/perfect condition, maintenance is quick to resolve any issues (Ive only had once since Ive lived here), the building management has been incredible (Lisa). Snow is cleared promptly, my underground parking space is affordable and ideal, etc. We have to move sadly, and wish there was somewhere exactly like Cascade where we are going.
I have been at cascade since May and cannot say enough great things. It’s quiet, on a great side of town and has everything we could need. The maintenance is quick and easy and the landlord (Lisa) is welcoming and attentive. When we moved in the apartment looked like new and immediately felt like home. We are in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and it is more than enough room to grow and have space. The kitchen and storage space in the bathroom is AMAZING! We have laved cascade and can’t say enough good things!
